Best Breakfast Smoothie - Healthy - Full until Lunch! - WFPB

This breakfast smoothie is so delicious! Even my kids request it every morning before school :) I know there are a lot of ingredients, but the great part about smoothies is you can add the items you want! I just wanted to show you all the possibilities out there for healthy add-in :) I'm thinking of more options such as chopped raw beet (iron boost) or aloe vera too! I've done both and both are great!

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Almond Milk
Banana
Frozen Mixed Fruit
Hemp Hearts
Unsalted Cashews
Chia Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Bamboo Extract
Flax Meal (Ground Flax Seed)
Organ Protein Powder
Spinach
Cinnamon
Turmeric (fresh or ground)

Blend all ingredients of choice in a high speed blender until smooth!
