On this episode of the Griddle Food Network, Chef Round Eye is griddle cooking on how to make pepperoni pizza on the 36'' blackstone griddle culinary series adding this cook to the blackstone griddle recipes.

Griddle Food Network - Cheesiest Pepperoni Pizza

The first pizza made on the griddle was an absolute success. I was so nervous about this cook. At the end of day I created the cheesiest pepperoni pizza in the universe!

Vento Milano Pizza Peel & Cutter

Ingredients:

- Rolled Out Pizza Dough (15oz)
(Remember to poke holes in the dough to avoid rising.)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Mids Pizza Sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
- Sargentos Off the Block Mozzarella Cheese (2 Bags)
- Boars Head Pepperonis

For the pizza peel I used corn meal to avoid the dough sticking.

Cook time between 30 - 45 minutes.

Round Eye out!
