30 sec - jump rope boxer skip - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip+criss cross - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope double unders - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope fast skip - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope run in place - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope run in place+criss cross - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip+criss cross - 1/4 lb rope
*rest 10 sec between exercises
**rest 1 minute between circuits
**Repeat for 3X total
