Working On The Tiny House ~ Beautiful Woodwork

Working today mostly on the tiny house on wheels. I put up some hooks for keys, hat, towels and coats inside and outside the tiny house. I also built a brand new bathroom cabinet door with a mirror. Both Melanie and I love it very much.

We both worked in the garden a bit in the morning hours. Melanie kept working on cleaning up and organizing. She also cleaned up the flower beds some more.

I went on to checking the garden tillers to see which of the three that I have will work the best. All three have seized engines and need work. I think the TroyBilt rear tine tiller will be the best bet for me. The guy said it had been turning over but suddenly stopped. Maybe something is jammed in the shroud if I am lucky.

I also hung up some coat hooks in the off grid tiny house porch. Now we can hang our work jackets and rain coats in the porch.

I put some towel hooks in the tiny house bathroom. Now we each have a towel rack and two hand towel hooks.

Inside the door of the off grid tiny house on wheels I put up two more hooks. Melanie wants me to hang my keys on one hook and my hat on another. So I complied.

Outside I started working on a new bathroom cabinet door. Melanie did not like the old one so it had to go.

I built a brand new and quite beautiful bathroom cabinet door with a mirror using all pallet wood I got for free on the last truck load from the small engine shop.

After planing the wood it turned out very beautiful.

I had saved a mirror from the old camper to be used for just this purpose. It fits perfectly.

I used a router to cut out slots to hold the mirror in place on the bathroom cabinet door.

It really looks nice.
