Beautiful Scene Where A Survival TV Show Was Recently Filmed O9

This was taken the day Joe from Wilderness Rocks spent with me at the off grid homestead. Joe took me out to a place where Bear Grylls recorded a "survival" scene. The scene they did was dangerous and looked really tough. We walked out of the same area safely in two minutes instead. lol

It was cool to see the spot where a TV show was recorded though. I was standing in the very same spot the camera man was standing when I looked from the road up to the waterfall.

We were in the Shawangunk mountains, not far from my home. Joe had recognized this waterfall where Baer Grylls and a TV star had to rappel down a cliff in front of a waterfall and then swim across a pool of water to a waiting quad under a tarp.

It took us about two minutes to walk from the car to the waterfall and then another two minutes to walk down to the base of the waterfall where the filming took place. I guess the quad ride was a bit short.

It was pretty cool to watch the show from Bear Grylls and compare the video to mine side by side. Yup, this was the same place. Exactly.
