30 sec - jump rope lazy side step - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope single leg - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope double tap - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope shuffle - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope a-frame - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope run in place - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope southpaw - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope a-frame - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope run in place + DU - 1/4 lb rope
30 sec - jump rope fast skip + DU - 1/4 lb rope
-rest 10 sec between exercises
