Make Spagosi's Pot Roast Easy and Delicious
Looking for a fast and delicious meal?, Nothing beats a hearty meal like pot roast!, mouth watering rosemary potatoes, carrots, onions and fall apart tender beef. Throw this in the pot in the fridge the night before and when you leave for work turn it on and after work you have a flavor packed meal for you and the family with almost little to no effort!
Toss it in the Crock Pot & Forget it!

Ingredients
London Broil
Fresh Rosemary, Chopped Fine
Black Pepper To Taste
2 Garlic Cloves, Pressed
2 Tbps Olive Oil
1/2 Medium Yellow Onion
12-15 Baby Potatoes
8-10 Baby Carrots, Cut in 1/2
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
Kosher Salt, Pinch
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Fresh Parmigiano Reggiano
Directions:
Dice carrots, potatoes and onions to desired size and add to a medium sized mixing bowl, cover with olive oil and add rosemary, garlic, black pepper and a pinch of salt and mix until everything is coated evenly. Take your Montreal steak seasoning and apply heavily to your cut of beef. Add a layer of veggies under the beef and cover with the remaining. Add butter across top and cook on low setting for 5-6 hours!
I served mine with cornbread and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
