Ingredients:
•3 Ibs Roast
•4 Cups Beef Broth
•6 Potatoes, Halved
•10 Carrots, Halved
•1 Yellow Onion, Quartered
•2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
•2 Tbsp Salted Butter
•1 1/2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
•1/2 Tsp Paprika
•2 Tsp Onion Powder
•2 Tsp Garlic Powder
•2 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
•1 Tsp Cumin
•Dash Of Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Turn your Instapot to the keep warm setting and add your beef broth and garlic along with your butter and allow it to heat up. Add all of your dry seasonings next and make sure everything is combined well. Add your roast with the fat facing down. Take your potatoes, carrots and onion, and add them to the pot. Cover and cook at the high pressure setting for 70 minutes. Use the quick release and enjoy!!!!!

Ingredients
2 Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2-4 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (To Taste)
(Salt to taste)
Directions
Place your chicken thighs in mixing bowl and coat them with the olive oil and minced garlic. Next add your onion powder and salt (I didn't use any) and finally the Cajun seasoning, add as much or as little as you choose, I personally did 4 Tbsp, or until it made a paste like consistency. Place them in the fridge to marinate for 30 minuets. Next place the thighs on a pan lightly coated with olive oil and Bake at 375 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 Minuets or Until Internal Temp Hits 165 Degrees.
This can be served over rice, grilled asparagus, zucchini etc!, We chose Mac n' cheese for this evening! Super Easy and fast family dinner!

Ingredients:
2 Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Shallot, Minced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Lemons, Juiced
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
6oz Coconut Milk
1 Jalapeno, Diced
Marinade:
7oz Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Combine your marinade ingredients along with your chicken thighs and set in fridge for 1 hour.
Heat olive oil over medium heat, add shallot and sauté for 2 minutes. Grab your chicken thighs and add them to a preheated pan with olive oil. Cook 5-7 minutes, flipping half way through, then or until browned on each side. Remove the chicken from a skillet and set aside on a plate. Its ok if the chicken isn't fully cooked yet (you'll be returning it to the skillet shortly)
In a small bowl, whisk the juice of two lemons into the chicken broth. Add the broth mixture to the same skillet, add the garlic and a tablespoon of parsley. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let cook 2-3 minutes. Next add the coconut milk and jalapeno the pan and bring to a light boil again for another 3-5 minutes. The mixture should start to thicken up a bit!
Add the chicken back to the skillet, and let it cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle parsley over top. Serve as is, or over top a bowl of rice or quinoa, adding some of the coconut broth to the bowl!
I personally served it over a bowl of Rotini pasta and added some fresh parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Combine Ingredients in a bowl then add steaks, cover and marinate overnight. Take your steaks and add them to your pressure cooker with the marinade and add enough orange soda to make sure it’s completely covered. Pressure cook for 14 Minuets at high/more pressure setting. When finished use quick release, Remove steaks and cut into strips and serve steaks over white rice! Use the sauce left over to add more flavor, you can also thicken up the sauce to your preference by reducing it on Sauté low setting.

Marinate For 4 Hours
Dredge
2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Dill

2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Corn Starch
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)
Directions
Take your chicken tenders and add them to a large mixing bowl, make sure you pull the tendon out before adding the rest of your ingredients. Cover your chicken with your buttermilk and all of your seasoning, cover and let marinate for 4 hours in the fridge.
Next in another mixing bowl take combine all of your dry seasonings with your flour and corn starch. Take your tenders and using the dry, wet, dry method evenly coat with your breading. Preheat a skillet to medium high and fry 3 minuets per side and pull at 165 degrees internal temperature. Immediately hit with some sea salt and after letting it rest for 5 minuets enjoy!

3 Ibs Beef Tri-Tips

3 Stalks Celery
12-15 Baby Portabella Mushrooms
1 Cup Red Wine
4 Tbsp Salted Butter
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Bay Leaves
4 Cups Beef Broth
2 1/2 Tbsp Badia Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
3 Cups Baby Gold Potatoes, Cut in 1/2
1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
•Directions
Start by browning your beef until has a nice crust and toss into your large pot. Deglaze your pan with some red wine and pour into your cooking pot along with the rest of the red wine. Add your beef broth and Bay leaves, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cover. In your skillet add some olive oil and over medium heat add your carrots, cook for 3 minutes then add your onions and celery, cook for additional 3 minutes and add your minced garlic and cook for 1 minuet. Add your tomato sauce and cook until combined and add to your large pot. Simmer for 10 minutes then add your potatoes, seasonings and cover and simmer for 30 minutes. It will be ready to serve once the potatoes are fork tender.
Add salt to taste and serve with crackers and enjoy!

On a skillet preheated to High brown your beef and pork then add it to your chili pot, add some beer to the skillet to get up all the browned meat and add it as well. Take 32oz of beer and add it to the chili pot and bring to a simmer and let it rip for 20-30 minuets. With the same skillet add a splash of beer and your green peppers and jalapeno's and cook for 3 minuets. Next add your onions and cook for another 3 minuets. Add your canned Chili's, Garlic and Tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minuets, Add your tomato paste and cook until mixed in. Add to your chili pot along with your bouillon and seasoning. Cook for about 25-30 minuets, take 2 tbsp corn starch and mix with 2 tbsp water to make a slurry, mix into your chili and bring it to a boil, cook for 30 seconds then remove from heat, allow 5 minuets to thicken up, top with your favorite cheese and hot sauce and enjoy!!

Preheat your crockpot on low and add butter to melt. Trim any extra fat from your thighs then add to pot. Cover with the full bottle of BBQ sauce, add your garlic and Coca-Cola until covered.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, pull at 185 degree's internal temperature, Shred this and serve over rice, orzo... pretty much goes with anything!

Kosher Salt, Pinch
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Fresh Parmigiano Reggiano
Directions:
Dice carrots, potatoes and onions to desired size and add to a medium sized mixing bowl, cover with olive oil and add rosemary, garlic, black pepper and a pinch of salt and mix until everything is coated evenly. Take your Montreal steak seasoning and apply heavily to your cut of beef. Add a layer of veggies under the beef and cover with the remaining. Add butter across top and cook on low setting for 5-6 hours!
I served mine with cornbread and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

1 Egg
1 Egg Yoke
1/2 Stick Salted Butter
4 Russet Potatoes
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Black Peppercorns Toasted
Pinch Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
Fresh Grated Asiago or Parmesan
Pasta Water
Boil potatoes for 25 minutes in salted water or until fork Tender, pull out and allow to cook off before handeling. Peel off Skin and use a masher. Add your eggs and salt and start mixing in flour until a dough is formed. Knead dough for 5-10 minutes and allow to feast for another 10 minutes.
Cut into 4 and roll out each segment til about 1/2 an Inch In diameter. Cut into 1/2 Inch and separate into a bowl with some flour. Cook in salted water on a rolling boil for 12-15 minutes. You'll know they're cooked when floating on top.
In a saucepan first toast your peppercorns until they’re fragrant then pull aside to cool, grind up with dried basil and kosher salt until fine.
Add 1/2 Stick Salted butter to a saucepan over medium high heat, cook until light brown in color and proceed to add the gnocchi, add in seasonings, cheese and pasta water until a thick sauce is formed, serve with cheese on top and a pinch more seasoning and enjoy!!

Splash Of Montreal Steak Seasoning
3 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
3 Cloves Garlic, Unpeeled
Neutral Oil (I Used Grape Seed Oil)
Sharp Cheddar
Combine All Ingredients in a bowl then form into 3 Patties around 180g Each, Flatten out and Seer In a pan on high heat for 3 minutes per side, pull at 160 degrees Fahrenheit and let rest for 3 minutes.
Top w/ Mayonnaise, Yellow Mustard, Onions, Pickles and Romaine Lettuce!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Tbsp Salted Butter (1/2 Stick)
1 Medium White Onion
3 Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
7-8 Cloves Of Garlic, Pressed Or Minced
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups White Rice (Long Grain)
Nashville Hot Sauce
2/3 Cup Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
Add the butter to the instapot on High Sauté and once butter is melted go ahead and add your onions and cook until softened and beginning to brown slightly (3-4 minutes). Add your garlic and chicken then continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is slightly pink. Take about 1/2 Cupmof your broth and scrape up the brown parts with a wooden spoon. Then proceed to mix in the rest of the broth and the rice, stir until combined then secure the lid and pressure cook on high for 3 minutes, once timer goes off allow to natural release for 10 minutes.
While this is happening take the rest of ingredients and combine them in a bowl.
After 10 minutes quick release the pressure cooker and mix in the sauce! Top with Chives and Sour Cream and Enjoy!!

12 Tbsp (Stick & a half) Salted Butter
2 Medium Yellow Onions
3 1/2Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, Minced
1 Tbsp Paprika
3 Tsp Garam Marsala (Divided 4 Tsp & 1 Tsp)
2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Ground Turmeric
2 Tsp Seasoned Salt (Divided 1 1/2 Tsp & 1/2 Tsp)
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
14.5oz Diced Tomato
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
6oz Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
6oz Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Fresh Cilantro
4 Tbsp Water
Add butter to instapot on high setting and once melted add onions, garlic and ginger and cook for 5 Minuets or until softened and beginning to brown. Add the chicken and cook 2-3 minuets (don’t cook fully, it will be slightly pink still), then add the your seasoning leaving the seasoning divided off to the side. Cook for 1 more minuet then stir in the coconut milk, diced tomatoes (juice and all) and once combined take the yogurt and place it in the center, Do Not Stir!
Secure the lid and set to high pressure for 8 Minuets. Add 2 Tbsp of corn starch to 4 Tbsp of warm water and combine into a slurry and set aside.
Quick release the instapot and stir in the heavy cream and the rest of the seasoning. Bring the instapot back to a simmer and add on the corn starch and turn off heat and rest for 5 minuets before serving!
Serve with white rice, garlic naan and top with fresh cilantro!

1/2 Yellow Onion
3 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
8 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
3 Tsp Onion Powder
3/4 Tsp Ground Rosemary
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
6 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
3 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Cup Beef Broth
1 1/2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
56oz Crushed Tomato
14.5oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
10oz Rotel Hot Chilies and Habanero
10oz Rotel Diced Tomato and Green Chili
29oz Tomato Sauce
6oz Tomato Paste
14.5oz Pinto Beans in Mild Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Chipotle Sauce (Chili In Adobo)
•Meat Seasoning
1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
Add 1Tbsp of butter to your pot on medium high heat, once melted add the peppers and red onion diced up into the pot, cook for 2-3 minuets then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minuet. Then add all of the wet ingredients minus the chili beans to a big pot, reduce the temperature to low, followed by the seasonings. Once it has cooked for about an hour go ahead and brown up the sausage and ground beef, drain then add with the 1/2 if the diced white onion, slow cook for 4 hours!, 30 Minuets before serving turn the heat up to medium/high (a slight simmer) adding the chili beans, the remaining Tbsp. of butter and the Brown Sugar and any salt if needed, I ended up using about 1 Tsp!
Serve with shredded pepper jack cheese, sour cream and chives on top and enjoy!

•1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper

•8oz Angel Hair Pasta
•Fresh Grated Parmesan
Sauté the peppers and onions until soft, add the shrimp and seasoning to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat, after pasta is cooked add it to the skillet with pasta water and Parmesan cheese!
I added a touch more lime and fresh cilantro to my bowl when finished! This was absolutely Delicious and mouth watering!

Wrap The Bratwurst in the bacon strips. Cover with butter and back at 350 for 20 minutes, Flip and Cook until 160 degrees internal then broil on high until bacon is desired crispiness!
