MEDITATION: REGAINING CALM AND BALANCE AFTER A STRESSFUL DAY

WHY MEDITATION?

Meditation leads to a Healthy Peaceful Mind. It doesn’t require any special timing and anyone can do it any time! Our Body and Mind are Connected, and have an effect on each other. If we are unhappy for an extended time our bodies suffer and are more receptive to illnesses, vice versa when there is a problem in the body the mind is affected. We understand the importance of taking care of our bodies but taking care of our mind is equally important.

Practice meditation if you really want to take controlled actions and not surrender to the impulses that the mind brings.
