Coalition Air Strike on Artillery Firing on SDF 2018

A Coalition aircraft strikes an artillery piece firing on Syrian Democratic Forces and Coalition advisors in the Middle Euphrates River Valley, Feb. 7, 2018. The Coalition struck a hostile force that conducted an unprovoked attack east of the Euphrates River Feb. 7-8. Following de-confliction calls between Coalition and Russian officials, Coalition strikes destroyed multiple tanks, artillery and mortars observed firing on the SDF and Coalition forces.
