Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position where you won't be disturbed for this guided meditation for positive energy. Close your eyes if it feels good and take a deep breath to release anything that no longer serves you. Repeat the mantra, "I am enough" while visualizing a light source flowing through your body. Ground yourself with the earth's energy and form a protective aura of glowing light. Sit in this cocoon of light and observe the natural rise and fall of your body. When ready, gently bring movement back into your body and open your eyes. Use this protective aura of light whenever you need to feel uplifted.
