Welcome to this Meditation for Beginners. Find a comfortable position with a straight spine, breathe deeply, and visualize a loved one in front of you. Connect with them and say, "May I be well, happy, and peaceful" and "May you be well, happy, and peaceful" for two minutes. Expand the circle of light to include all beings and repeat, "May we be well, happy, and peaceful. May all beings be well, happy, and peaceful" for two minutes. Notice your sensations and feelings, then slowly open your eyes. Radiate the light of loving-kindness to infinity and silently repeat, "May we be well, happy, and peaceful. May all beings be well, happy, and peaceful." Feel the warmth of loving-kindness in your body and recognize the universal friendliness reflected in your heart. Thank you for meditating with me.
