Welcome to this guided meditation for positive energy. In this practice, we will create a protective aura of glowing light to help you feel uplifted and grounded. Find a comfortable seated position where you won't be disturbed, and if it feels good, close your eyes. Take a deep breath to release anything that no longer serves you and repeat the mantra, "I am enough" while visualizing a light source flowing through your body. Connect with the earth's energy to ground yourself and form a cocoon of light around you. Observe the natural rise and fall of your body in this peaceful space. When you're ready, gently bring movement back into your body and open your eyes. You can use this protective aura of light whenever you need to feel uplifted.
