AUSSIES! How did I go?
Ingredients:
500g beef mince (80% lean, 20% fat)
4 slices of beef bacon (or normal)
4 slices of canned pineapple
2 slices of beetroot
4 slices of american cheddar cheese
4 burger buns
4 eggs
Barbecue sauce
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Salt and pepper
Butter

Instructions:
Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then divide it into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
Begin to caramelise onions with some butter and set aside once they become soft and golden.
Cook the bacon slices in a separate pan until they are crispy. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
Then cook your egg by buttering an egg ring and flipping after around 2 minutes.
Smash the burger patties and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through to your liking. When you flip the patties, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to allow it to melt.
While the burgers are cooking, grill or sear the pineapple slices and beetroot slices until they are slightly charred.

Assemble the burgers by placing each your veges on the bun, followed by the patty, then layering on the bacon, pineapple and drizzling barbecue sauce over the top of each burger.
