Long Fast Round 2: Day 24

Break-fast day!

Recap for the past few days..
Day 22, nothing much to report, feeling strong and full of vitality. Minimal waste elimination.

Yesterday (day 23) I started my 24 hr dry fast which stirred up a lot of emotional debris. I had started the day out strong, feeling good and happy, started working on our communal garden and feeling strong and full of vitality, but then massive waves of sadness, fear of abandonment, unworthiness and tiredness swept over me and I needed to hibernate, I actually went to bed, had a good cry and a nap and then chilled for the rest of the day. At one point I wanted to break my dry fast but I recognised it was all emotional and pushed through.

I woke up this morning feeling much better, expelled a massive amount of waste and a couple of parasites, one at least 30-40cm long.

Today, day 24 and I broke my fast with papaya and passionfruit, the taste is so amazing, as our body is cleared out waste, our senses become that much more strong and sensitive. I am so happy with how this fast went, how much cleaner my body is becoming and how I was able to break fast this time with more planning, control and grounding. Mission accomplished ✨🙏🏼
