Biden ‘is not connected to the real world, – Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in an interview with RT. ‘It is really scary when the president of the US sees and speaks to someone who is already dead. Maybe, of course, he has some ability to see dead people, but he is supposed to talk to people who are alive,’ – Zakharova added.
