As a former member and current coach at this gym, I am a HUGE fan of the benefits it provides by targeting functional movements in a targeted and unique way

Description of the "Varsity" workout:
Varsity is the ultimate cardio test. Combining various cardio timings into one workout, Varsity will test anyone’s cardio threshold. Three laps, all with different timings, make this an extremely innovative and enjoyable cardio blast.

Timing:
9 Stations
3 Laps
Lap 1 - 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest x 3 sets
Lap 2 - 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest x 1 set
Lap 3 - 60 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 1 set
