This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45

Tokyo Disco description: The F45 Tokyo Disco workout is a resistance-based routine consisting of 12 stations split into both upper and lower-body exercises. It focuses on building strength, lean muscle mass, and burning fat.2 The workout is designed to be a holistic resistance program with a simple room split.01 The first half of the workout is for the upper body, while the second half is for the lower body. The exercises are performed in a variety of ways, and some examples of how they are performed are provided in the sources.2

Here is the Foxtrot layout and timing:
2 Pods
12 Stations
6 Stations per pod
1 Lap per pod
3 Sets at each station
35 seconds work / 25 seconds rest
