Ready for a Belize overland adventure?

We really did not what to expect entering Belize but we surely had not imagine it would feel so different from its neighbor in Mexico and the rest of Central America. It is not only the language that change but also a lot of the culture. It feels far more like a caribbean island that a central american country.

Last week we finally were able to leave the Yucatan peninsula and embark on our last week of travel through Mexico after three months in the country. This week we cross the border into our 14th country of this world tour and discover Belize. 2nd biggest reef in the world, endless trails in the jungle, there is a lot for us to discover.
