The Sad Arrest Of Richard O'Donnell By Daytona P.D.

Employ critical thinking. Do NOT be sheep.

Richard O'Donnell is a homeless man that resides in Volusia County, Florida. In the early morning hours of 4/8/2023, a security guard at Daytona Toyota called 911 after he saw a man in the used car lot holding a tennis racket.

Officers Joshua Martin and Aurian Fletcher responded and released a K9 within 30 seconds of warning ODonnell they were going to do so.

What followed became a bloody and painful experience for O'Donnell and a shocking reminder of how inneffective modern policing is.

O'Donnell is likely a mentally ill veteran. He is, in our opinion, a victim of the system he most likely fought to protect; a system that continues to feed off of him.

Watch the video, seek out the full body worn camera video on Mr. O'Donnell's mother's youtube page titled "this is what Daytona Beach Police did to my step son." Several officers showed up. There should be at least 6 BWC videos. One can be found @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn0Frc-sgtg&pp=ygUld2hhdCBkYXl0b25hIGJlYWNoIHBkIGRpZCB0byBvZG9ubmVsbA%3D%3D.

Did the Daytona P.D. use excessive force? Should the responding Daytona Police Officers be facing criminal charges?

We do not live in a free and justice society. God help us.
