Detective Charged W Aggravated Assault, Deadly Weapon: Michael Borrecco, Bernalillo County Sheriff
Michael Borrecco is a Criminal Investigations Unit Detective, with the Bernalillo County, New Mexico Sheriff's Department.
On the night of 1/24/24, Borrecco allegedly pointed a gun at two men and, according to citydesk.org yelled, “Get the fuck outta here, or I’m going to take your fucking soul.”, while intoxicated into the P.A. of the taxpayers' unmarked Sheriff's unit.
Even though, the attendant and manager of the circle K, where the incident allegedly happened, finger Borrecco as the suspect, even though The Albuquerque police, the responding agency, note they could smell alcohol on his breath and find 19 alcohol bottles in his unit, conveniently placed near a 9mm, he is NOT arrested.
Let that sink in. Borrecco was allowed to turn himself in 2 days later, 1/26/24. This is probably why he wasnt charged with a D.U.I. There was no blood alcohol concentration evidence.
Yes, there were different agencies involved. The local Albuquerque police showed up to the circle K and Borrecco is a detective with the Bernalillo County Sheriff. This, should not matter. The law is the law and it should apply to everyone, including cops. But we know it doesnt.
Are police above the law? Do they get preferential treatment?
Why was he not arrested?
It was clear that he was driving. It was clear he had been drinking, and it was clear he threatened 2 guys with a gun. There's even surveillance footage of it.
Is this professional courtesy amongst different agencies? Is this typical behaviour for cops? Do they not charge members of THEIR own law enforcement gang with offenses that ruin lives? Or do they strive to only ruin the lives of non law enforcement?
What would happen to you if you allegedly drove drunk in a company vehicle and pointed a gun at 2 people?
You certainly wouldn't walk away. You certainly wouldn't be allowed to sleep it off so there's no evidence of alcohol in your system at the time of driving.
Borrecco was ALLOWED to turn himself in 2 days after the incident, effectively eliminating all alcohol evidence and, thus, guaranteeing NO DUI charges. (There's a surveillance video floating around somewhere.)
Borrecco now faces 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and negligent use of a weapon (alcohol). You can look the case up: https://caselookup.nmcourts.gov/ Fill out catpcha and type in Borrecco Michael.
The local D.A., Joshua Hyasniec, filed a motion to keep Borrecco locked up until trial but Judge Joseph Montano ruled that this cop, with a military background, who just allegedly pointed a gun at 2 people while driving drunk in a cop car is NOT a danger to the public. Effectively, releasing a threat to the public. What could go wrong?
There is no trial date set that we could find. Meanwhile, This man, who looks like a maniac, and allegedly acted like one, is allowed to roam freely. PRO TIP: If you're arrested for any violent crime, try NOT to look like a maniac gang member in your mug shot.
As we have said before, until the public audits law enforcement agencies, until the public is party to the secret meetings held by these agencies, until the public can view personnel records, until the public acquires the power to hold law enforcement accountable, cops will remain out of control.
Are law enforcement agents domestic terrorists that are allowed to operate in secrecy? When was the last time you were allowed inside a police station to look around? What would happen to you if you took a camera into the lobby of a police station? What happened to the 1st amendment?
When was the last time you were invited, as a taxpayer, to audit the equipment and training of law enforcement in your area? Why does this seem so strange? Why cant we, as taxpayers, audit the people and systems put in place to allegedly protect and serve us, the community? Is it because we would be appalled at what we would find? Is it because we would quickly realize that these agencies are meant to feed off the very commmunities that pay their wages? They are meant to generate revenue, not uphold justice.
The truth will set you free. Police are NOT above the law.
Justice must prevail.

Cops Steals 14 Credit Cards From Ex, ALLEGEDLY - Justin Richard Hall - Manor, PA P.D. - 1/25/24
At a press conference on 8/12/86, Ronald Reagan said, "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'
In case you didnt notice, cops are government employees. Cops should receive no more respect or deferrance than a garbage collector would. They are
OUR servants yet they trample upon our rights and treat us like 2nd class
citizens, while they get special treatment from other government and private entities alike.
Case in point, Justin Richard Hall, Manor Pennsylvania Police Department.
On 1/25/24, Mr. Hall was charged with 2 felonies and 3 misdeamenors after allegedly entering a medical building under false pretenses, illegally posing as a UP Medical Center Officer, and stealing 14 credit cards and a key from his ex-girlfriend.
Mr. Hall was on an unpaid 6 week suspension at the time of the offense. It is unclear whether Mr. Hall was taken into custody but, a mug shot was taken.
Officer Hall was allowed to post a non-monetary bond of ZERO dollars after being charged with these serious offenses. Why didnt Hall face the same fate anyone of us would? Why the special treatment? He is not even a LEO in Pittsburgh, where the offense allegedly took place.
It will be interesting to see what kind of deal the D.A. in Pittsburgh strikes for Mr. Hall. There is plenty of evidence against Mr. Hall. According to the criminal complaint, he can been seen on surveillance and he placed phonecalls and sent emails to his ex, the victim.
The following are allegations posed as questions: Why would he create evidence of his misdeeds? Why would he call and email his ex? Why would he impersonate an officer of a different jurisdiction and steal 14 credit cards? Did he need the money? Did his cop ego make him believe that he could get away with it? Does he even understand the law? Does Mr. Justin Hall suffer from cops are above the law syndrome?
We will keep you posted on what happens with the alleged Credit Card Stealing Cop.

Cop Charged With Child Abuse - Frank Williams - 1/20/24 - Milwaukee P.D. - Cops Are Out Of Control
All are innocent until proven guilty.
On 1/20/24, Frank Williams, a police officer with the Milwaukee Police Department, was arrested and charged with 2 felony counts of Child Abuse and Strangulation after a 7 year old child under his care, was taken to the emergency room. According to the criminal complaint, Milwaukee police responded to the E.R. on Wednesday, Jan. 17 in response to a child abuse complaint.
As per Fox 6, A Milwaukee police sergeant conducted a "minimal facts interview" of the child, the victim, in the emergency room at the hospital. The child indicated Williams "whooped" them with a belt, resulting in bruising on the child's left thigh, the complaint states. The sergeant also observed "7 to 8 distinct brown and reddish bruises on (the child's) left thigh."
The child also said Williams hit another child. The child went on to say Williams put his hands around their throat and choked them and that this was not the first time this had happened.
Officer Williams was arrested and booked. Williams or someone in his stead posted $7500 bail, an extraordinarily small amount of money for 2 felony counts. This money was returned after his union lawyer, Mike Steinle, got the magistrate to refund the money.
The Milwaukee assistant D.A. asked for a personal recognizance bond of $1,000, which means Williams would be allowed to walk on his signature and no money would need to be paid UNLESS Williams failed to appear. The judge raised this amount to $5000. In the end, he paid NO MONEY. What would happen to you if you were charged with this?
Is this preferential treatment? Do the police get special treatment? Are all men equal in the eyes of the law?
It will be interesting to see what deal Mike Steinle can work out.
EDIT: There is no word on whether Williams' suspension is paid or unpaid. We believe it is most likely the former.

Rowlett, Texas Cop Busted For D.W.I. - David Herrera
Folks, this is the U.S. of A and in our system of government, at least at the moment of this writing, the accused are innocent until proven guilty. Mr. Herrera is presumed innocent until he makes a deal with the D.A. or is found guilty by a jury of his peers.
We respect L.E.O. but strongly feel that NO ONE is above the law. If you are found guilty of a crime, you should face the same consequences anyone else would with the same charges against them.
That being said: Do you think it is fair that he is getting paid even though he allegedly committed a crime? Would your employer be so understanding? Would you lose your health insurance, 401k and/or your ability to pay rent?
Shouldn't police be treated like everyone else? We think so.

The Sad Arrest Of Richard O'Donnell By Daytona P.D.
Employ critical thinking. Do NOT be sheep.
Richard O'Donnell is a homeless man that resides in Volusia County, Florida. In the early morning hours of 4/8/2023, a security guard at Daytona Toyota called 911 after he saw a man in the used car lot holding a tennis racket.
Officers Joshua Martin and Aurian Fletcher responded and released a K9 within 30 seconds of warning ODonnell they were going to do so.
What followed became a bloody and painful experience for O'Donnell and a shocking reminder of how inneffective modern policing is.
O'Donnell is likely a mentally ill veteran. He is, in our opinion, a victim of the system he most likely fought to protect; a system that continues to feed off of him.
Watch the video, seek out the full body worn camera video on Mr. O'Donnell's mother's youtube page titled "this is what Daytona Beach Police did to my step son." Several officers showed up. There should be at least 6 BWC videos. One can be found @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn0Frc-sgtg&pp=ygUld2hhdCBkYXl0b25hIGJlYWNoIHBkIGRpZCB0byBvZG9ubmVsbA%3D%3D.
Did the Daytona P.D. use excessive force? Should the responding Daytona Police Officers be facing criminal charges?
We do not live in a free and justice society. God help us.
