Rowlett, Texas Cop Busted For D.W.I. - David Herrera

Folks, this is the U.S. of A and in our system of government, at least at the moment of this writing, the accused are innocent until proven guilty. Mr. Herrera is presumed innocent until he makes a deal with the D.A. or is found guilty by a jury of his peers.

We respect L.E.O. but strongly feel that NO ONE is above the law. If you are found guilty of a crime, you should face the same consequences anyone else would with the same charges against them.

That being said: Do you think it is fair that he is getting paid even though he allegedly committed a crime? Would your employer be so understanding? Would you lose your health insurance, 401k and/or your ability to pay rent?

Shouldn't police be treated like everyone else? We think so.
