INGREDIENTS:
(makes 8-10 sticks)
2 Chicken breast (cubes)(500gm)
1 cup yogurt
2 tbspn oil
1 tbspn tomato paste
1tspn garlic crushed
1 tspn salt
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn garlic powder
1 tspn cumin powder
1 tspn oregano
1 tspn red chilli
1 tspn sumac powder(optional)
2 tbspn lemon juice
Marinade the chicken with all the above ingredients
and let it rest for atleast 1 hour to overnight for best
results.
Thread the Chicken on skewers, along with Capsicum
cubes.
Shallow fry or grill on a pan from all sides with 2-3
tbspn oil ,For 8-10 mins till nicely charred and fully
cooked.
Serve with pita bread, pickled veggies and garlic
sauce(recipes already in highlights) anddd ENJOYYYY.
