Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1kg pork belly.
Divide into 3 parts.
1 liter of water.
80 g of salt in 1 liter of water.
Allspice Peas.
Black Peppercorns.
2-3 bay leaves.
Boil water.
Put the pork belly in the boiling water.
Boil 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
1/2 tsp salt.
1 tsp dry garlic.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1 tsp paprika.
1/2 tsp red pepper.
2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Mix well.
We rub the spices onto our cuts of meat.
Our delicious meat is ready.
We put it in the fridge for 24 hours.
Part of the pork can be stored in the refrigerator.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge.
Place the remaining pork in the freezer.
3 potatoes.
Fill with water.
Remove foam and cook for 10 minutes.
Salt
Black pepper
Rosemary.
Paprika.
Grate 2 cloves of garlic.
3 tbsp olive oil.
Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180 C/356 F for 30 minutes.
Cut fresh herbs.
Tasty potatoes are ready.
