Should you have chosen better parents...?

In this video I will explain why the saying "Bodybuilding is all about genetics" is dumb. As an example, there have been found around 50 genes to date that affect your heigh and around 400 genes that affect how much body fat you can put on. The chances of you actually having "Bad Genetics" are extremely low.

The important this is to have the genetics to be resilient in face of adversity. Even if you can't put on muscle faster than the next guy, that doesn't mean you should just give up.
