As an example, there have been found around 50 genes to date that affect your heigh and around 400 genes that affect how much body fat you can put on. IFBB PRO TRAINING: Leg Day 1 —
This second leg day starts off with biceps! It also includes lying hamstring curls, stiff legged deadlift, adductors, leg extensions and the leg press along with the reason why I'm doing those particular exercises.
