In Dungeon Meshi (ダンジョン飯), AKA Delicious in Dungeon, Izutsumi encounters our favorite dungeon monster eating adventurers Laios, Marcille, Chilchuck, & Senshi. They don't start off on the right foot, or even half-foot, and Izutsumi, AKA Asebi, demands food not made from a monster. To appease the cat-like Izutsumi, Senshi makes Risotto from (almost) no monsters which Izutsumi enjoys eating despite being a picky eater. In this video I'll show you how to recreate the risotto Senshi made for Izutsumi.

Ingredients:
80 grams of Japanese white rice
3 mushrooms (walking mushrooms)
1/4 cup cooking wine
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
Water

(Links to buy the ingredients you'll need are below the recipe)

Recipe:
1. Dice a clove or 2 of garlic
2. Thinly slice 3 "walking mushrooms" or in our worlds case, mushrooms
3. In a medium sized pot add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
4. Put pot on stovetop then turn on heat to medium to brown the butter, only a few minutes to do
5. When you see & smell the browned butter add diced garlic to sauté
6. When garlic is sautéed add 80 grams of Japanese white rice
7. Sauté the rice in the garlic brown butter
8. Add 1/4 a cup of cooking wine
9. Add sliced mushrooms
10. Add salt to taste, maybe 2 pinches
11. Add black pepper to taste, maybe 1 pinch.
12. Mix everything together
13. Add enough water to cover the top of the rice
14. Mix everything together then leave it alone to cook until the water has been absorbed in the rice, about 8 minutes
15. After the water has been absorbed by the rice and cooked add parmesan cheese to taste; suggest until you see a "string of cheese" while mixing it into the rice

You're now finished making "Risotto with Mushrooms Picked in a Graveyard and Cheese from the Orcs" or as I like to call it "Risotto Senshi made for Izutsumi."
