📋 INGREDIENTS:
Meat:
2 chicken breasts
Salt
Black pepper
Flour
olive oil
30 g butter (2 tablespoons)
1/2 onion
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cloves of garlic
200 ml vegetable stock (0.85 cup)
2 x Mozzarella (sliced)

Pesto:
40 g pine nuts (1/4 cup)
A handful of basil
30 g Parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)

Grill the chicken breast in the preheated oven at 180 - 200 degrees (350 - 390°F) for about 8 minutes.
