Is Your Personal Story the Ultimate Health Guide? Hear from Experts

What is more powerful?
A paid for, inaccurate, misleading study
Or your own personal experience
Real life beats “theory” and “association” hands down everytime
A study can be set up to show absolutely anything you want it to
We could design a study to show chocolate lowers risk of cancer and another study to show chocolate increases risk of cancer
It all means absolutely nothing because neither study proves any risk at all
It's all association
What matters is real life results
What's actually making you healthier
Ignore the studies (they are all funded by people with vested interests)
Concentrate on what works for you
