I have always enjoyed cooking and backyard BBQ\'s. Hosting and entertaining friends and family with great BBQ\'s poolside. I recently received a 2021 36\'\' Blackstone griddle and I love it. I love so much I just wanted to share recipes and how great a griddle is. You can watch how I learn the ins and outs griddling while making fun of myself and cooking up some savage dishes!
