Been craving a hamburger so I decided to try a carnivore/keto inspired bun. It turned out so good I will never go back to regular buns. Full of cheesy goodness and fun to make.
*** to make two pieces you will need 2 eggs and 1 cup of cheese. ***
How to make chaffles:
- Pour shredded cheese into bowl and crack 2 eggs.
- Season as desired (could use salt/pepper or parmesan cheese)
- Mix cheese and egg mixture until blended.
- pour into hot waffle maker and close lid.
- Cook for approx 3 minutes or until the steam stops coming out of the waffle maker.
- Gentle remove the chaffles and place onto plate to let cool and firm up.

Keto Taco Bowl
Thought I would share a keto taco bowl recipe that tastes great. Remove the salsa if you are participating in the carnivore diet.
Eat as a taco salad over lettuce, or dunk some pork rinds or nacho chips into this delicious dip.
Recipe:
- Season ground beef with chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- Cook the ground beef, drain the fat and pour onto bottom of tray and let it cool.
- Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Use a blender to make sure there are no lumps.
- If keto pour a jar of salsa over ground beef (carnivore skip this step)
- Add the cream cheese and sour cream mixture to the top of the salsa.
- Shred cheese and sprinkle over top of all the layers and place finished product in the fridge to get cold.
*** If keto feel free to add olives, green onions, and any other topping you enjoy. ***

Easy BBQ Pork Ribs
Weather is getting warm and it's time to enjoy some BBQ! This cooking method will allow your ribs to remain juicy, save propane, but also taste incredibly good.
I used liquid smoke (hickory flavor) salt, pepper, and chicken and rib seasoning (the keg) from Costco.
Cook for two hours at 300 degrees in oven. Flipping at the halfway mark
Transition to grill at 300-400 degrees on top rack for 10-15 minutes per side to allow the bbq smoke to absorb into the meat.
I hope you guys enjoy these easy bbq pork ribs!

Pork Rind Nacho's
Today I embarked on a mission to make some pork rind nacho's. I have never made them before and they surprisingly turned out really well. I highly recommend them. I would caution using too much ground beef, they did make some of the pork rinds a little soggy. I would only use half the ground beef I used in the video. I bet they would taste great with pulled pork or even shredded chicken.
Ingredients:
shredded cheese (approx 2 cups)
half a pound of ground beef
hot sauce
bag of pork rinds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Brown ground beef in a fry pan. Add salt/pepper/cumin/chili powder to beef mixture. Add some hot sauce if you want.
Place tin foil in bottom of a cake pan (for easy cleanup)
Sprinkle pork rinds onto pan.
Sprinkle beef and cheese mixture onto pork rinds.
Place in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and browns.
*** You could add extra ingredients like jalapenos, onion, green pepper, olives if you are keto. *** Dunk them with some salsa/sour cream
