During your transition from the (very) SAD (standard American diet) to a low carb - or Carnivore Diet - you could very well be battling with your sweet cravings. Let me show you how to combat this with a delicious Keto/Carnivore snack! Our pancakes are made with simple animal based ingredients and is super versatile. Feel free to make this your own or strictly follow the directions below. Pancake Ingredients: - 4 Eggs - 4 oz Cream Cheese - Butter for your pan Optional Topping: - 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream - Crushed Coffee Beans Directions: Makes ~12 Pancakes 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth consistency (total product is equal to ~300G) 2. Grease your hot pan with butter. 3. Scoop 2 tbsp of “Batter”on buttered pan - wait until bubbles form and the edges are dry (2-3 minutes) before flipping over. Cook additional 30 seconds then remove from pan. 4. Use hand or stand mixer with whisk attachment & on high speed to whip heavy whipping cream into high peaks. Apply heavy whipping cream in between pancake layers and/or on top of your pancake. Carni Friendly "Tiramisu" Ingredients: Creamy First Layer - 3 eggs / separate yolks from whites - 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese - 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream Coffee/Whiskey Layer - 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 tbsp finely ground coffee - 1 tbsp whiskey Directions: 1. In a bowl, whisk your egg yolks before adding in the Mascarpone cheese. 2. Continue mixing while adding in your 2 c heavy whipping cream, then set aside momentarily 3. In a separate bowl, whip your egg whites into stiff peaks. 4. Combine whipped egg whites with mixture, then give it another mix until you achieve a thick consistency. 5. Add this mixture into a piping bag. 6. Begin second layer by mixing 1 c heavy whipping cream, finely ground coffee, and whiskey of choice. 7. Mix ingredients until you achieve a thick consistency, then add this mixture into a piping bag. 8. I made several attempts today making "crackers" to fit within the Carnivore Diet guidelines and ultimately created a recipe I'm content with- HOWEVER, I do challenge you al to help me perfect it! Ingredients: Do *NOT* use Sour Cream - 50g Ground Pork Rinds - 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese - 3 Egg Yolks - 1 tbsp Butter Directions: *Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 1. Grind your pork rinds into a fine consistency. 2. Mix together ground pork rinds, parmesan cheese, egg yolks, and butter and combine thoroughly. 3. Refrigerate "dough" for 10 minutes. 4. These deviled eggs are fit for any party - OR- use this recipe for your next meal rotation! As always I appreciate you sticking with me in this journey! ☺️ Homemade Mayo - (1tsp) White Vinegar - (1/4c) Fat (You can use duck fat, lard, or tallow) - (2) Egg Yolks at room temperature - Pinch of Salt 1. Combine all ingredients (except the fat) into a bowl 2. Utilize an emulsion blender - or - food processor, to mix ingredients together. 3. Begin adding small amounts of fat into the overall mix. *Caution* do not add the entire portion of fat into your mix at a single time. It's crucial to take your time blending this step in order to achieve the whipped mayo texture *Storage* keep final contents within a glass jar and refrigerate and. use within 4 days. Deviled Eggs - (7) Hard boiled eggs - (3tbsp) mayo - (1 tsp) yellow mustard - (1 tsp) white vinegar 1. Separate cooked yolks from cooked whites. Mash the cooked yolks. 2.
