Amityville horror Crime Documentary 2022 Part one
My Channel link : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsWvLvL1Ly3rmFXIwqOn4dA
Amityville horror Crime Documentary 2022.
Thirty miles outside of New York City, nestled in the Long Island town of Amityville, stands the house forever linked to the Amityville Horror phenomenon. On November 13, 1974, the estate was the scene of mass murder. Using a .35 Marlin rifle, 23-year-old Ronald J. DeFeo Jr. murdered his entire family while they were asleep, which included his parents and four siblings.
Thirteen months later, the Lutz family purchased the home at a drastically reduced price of $80,000 (due to the murders) but only lasted 28 days before leaving it. Their spine-tingling tales of paranormal activity are what propelled the legend of the Amityville Horror and spawned a torrent of books, documentaries and films.
Check out some of the scary facts claimed by the Lutz family, as well as other interesting ones about the infamous house whose horror has yet to die: The Lutz family experienced super normal activity
Stepfather George Lutz had a history of dabbling in the occult.
George was said to wake up at 3:15 am every morning, which was around the time Ron carried out his murders.
The Lutz family claimed to smell strange odors, see green slime oozing out of the walls and keyholes and experience cold spots in certain areas of the house.
When a priest came to bless the house, he allegedly heard a voice scream "Get out!" He told the Lutzes to never sleep in that particular room in the house.
Other paranormal activity: A nearby garage door opening and closing; an invisible spirit knocking a knife down in the kitchen; a pig-like creature with red eyes staring down at George and his son Daniel from a window; George waking up to wife Kathy levitating off their bed; sons Daniel and Christopher also levitating together in their beds.
Many question the validity of the Lutz's story
After telling their story, George and Kathy took a lie detector test to prove their innocence. They passed.
The couple was bogged down in legal and financial issues, which prompted skeptics to believe they had the motive to create a fantastical story to sell to the public.
The Lutz's former lawyer William Weber — who fell out with them over money issues — came out in 1979, claiming the three of them came up with the horror story "over many bottles of wine."
Son Daniel, who lives a quiet life in Queens, New York as a stonemason, claims the house ruined his life and that he continues to have nightmares to this day.
Murderer Ron, who's still alive and serving six 25-year-life sentences at a New York correctional facility, claimed he heard voices urging him to kill his family. He has since changed his story multiple times.
The Amityville House still stands — with a new address
The Amityville House officially sold in February 2017 to an undisclosed owner for $605,000, which was $200,000 less than the original asking price. It had been previously owned by four other families since the murders, one of which had the address changed to 108 Ocean Ave. (The house originally stood at 112 Ocean Ave.)

THE ZODIAC KILLER DOCUMENTARY: Unsolved for over 40 years
The Zodiac Killer was profiled by John Douglas in his book, The Cases That Haunt Us, as being a narcissistic and paranoid social misfit and loner, who was mainly driven by the need for attention, power and, most of all, credibility. He felt the urge to prove his intellectual superiority, in order to compensate his own feelings of inferiority and inadequacy. The UNSUB had also a self-conscious compulsiveness, meaning that he was obsessed with others underestimating him and appreciating his skills, being also convinced that society wronged him. In all likelihood, he spent the majority of his life with his mother, with whom he had a difficult relationship at best, and was not very successful with women. It was deemed probable that he had some relations with both Riverside College (where Cheri Jo Bates, a suspected Zodiac victim, was killed. Douglas was indeed fairly sure to attribute this murder to him) and Deer Lodge, Montana (the location of the prison he allegedly named during the Hartnell-Shepard attack. However, the validity of this claim is doubtful, as the prison name was merely deduced by a policeman who interrogated survivor Bryan Hartnell).
He may have spent some time in the military, probably in the Air Force or the Navy, where he was likely trained in codes. If this be the case, he would have been soon discharged out of medical reasons or no reasons given, because he couldn't cut in such a structured, disciplined environment long-term. He liked and was familiar with weapons, being probably a hunter, and had technical expertise, demonstrating skill with numbers and codes. The UNSUB also might have had a private work area, where he kept the materials he needed for his writings and press coverage of his crimes. He probably complained, with a confidant of some kind (most likely another loner), about law enforcement demonstrating incapacity in the Zodiac case.

How the 'Golden State Killer,' a serial rapist, murderer, evaded capture for decades
How the 'Golden State Killer,' a serial rapist, murderer, evaded capture for decades
Here's a look back at the case:
1973-1976
From 1973 to 1976, DeAngelo was a police officer in Exeter, California, officials said.
1975
On Sept. 11, 1975, DeAngelo, while serving as a police officer, shot and killed professor Claude Snelling in front of his daughter at his Visalia, California, home, according to prosecutors.
DeAngelo kicked the daughter three times in the face and then fled, prosecutors said. Visalia is 10 miles away from Exeter.
1976-1979
DeAngelo served as a police officer in Auburn, California, from 1976 to 1979.
He was fired for allegedly stealing a hammer and a can of dog repellent, The Associated Press reported, citing Auburn Journal articles from the time.
1976-1978
In the summer of 1976, burglaries and rapes terrorized the eastern district of Sacramento County.
The "Golden State Killer" would break into his victims' homes by prying open a window or door while they slept, the FBI said.
Sometimes he would take jewelry, identification, cash and coins from the victims' homes.
1978-1981
In February 1978, the "Golden State Killer" shot and killed Brian and Katie Maggiore, who were walking their dog in the Sacramento area.
After Brian Maggiore was shot, Katie Maggiore ran away and yelled for help, but DeAngelo caught up with her and shot her in the head, prosecutors said.
The "Golden State Killer" would often "attack couples, tie up both victims, rape the female, and then murder them," according to the FBI.
On Dec. 30, 1979, Debra Manning and Robert Offerman were killed in Goleta, near Santa Barbara.
Lyman and Charlene Smith were murdered in their Ventura home in March 1980. Charlene Smith was bound and raped, prosecutors said.
The couple was later found dead by Lyman Smith's 12-year-old son, prosecutors said.
In August of 1980, Keith and Patrice Harrington were slain in their home in Dana Point in Southern California.
On Feb. 5, 1981, 28-year-old Manuela Witthuhn was bound, raped and bludgeoned to death while home alone in Irvine in Southern California. Her body was found by her mother, prosecutors said.
In July 1981, Cheri Domingo and Gregory Sanchez were killed in Goleta.
Sanchez was shot and then beaten to death, bludgeoned in the head two dozen times, prosecutors said.
DeAngelo then bound Domingo, raped her and beat her in the head more than 10 times, prosecutors said.
1986
No crimes were attributed to the "Golden State Killer" from July 1981 until May 1986, when 18-year-old Janelle Cruz was killed. Cruz was bound, raped and bludgeoned in the face and head at her home, prosecutors said.
That was his last known crime.
2018
The case went cold for decades.
DeAngelo's name came up for the first time in the investigation in 2018, Sacramento District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert said.
DeAngelo became the first public arrest obtained through genetic genealogy, a new technique that takes the DNA of an unknown suspect left behind at a crime scene and identifies him or her by tracing a family tree through his or her family members, who voluntarily submit their DNA to public genealogy databases.
To identify DeAngelo, investigators narrowed the family tree search based on age, location and other characteristics.
Once authorities zeroed in on DeAngelo, they surveilled him and collected his DNA from a tissue left in a trash.
Investigators plugged his discarded DNA back into the genealogy database and found a match, linking DeAngelo's DNA to DNA found at crime scenes, prosecutors said.
He was arrested in April 2018 in Sacramento County.
.Since DeAngelo's arrest, over 150 suspects have been identified through genetic genealogy.
2020
On June 29, 2020, DeAngelo pleaded guilty to 13 counts of first-degree murder. The plea deal also required DeAngelo to admit to multiple uncharged acts, including rapes, which were described in horrific detail by prosecutors.
The death penalty was taken off the table and he will serve life without parole, prosecutors said.
From Aug. 18, 2020, to Aug. 20, 2020, DeAngelo was confronted in court by rape survivors, their relatives, and the relatives of those he had killed.
Carson-Sandler said that now, decades later, scars from her attack remain. Seeing a ski mask or hearing someone yell "shut up" will "forever cause me anxiety," she said.
"My comfort at those times is remembering that you are finally going to prison and will remain there until you die," she said.
On Aug. 21, 2020, DeAngelo was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Joseph James DeAngelo, who became known as the Golden State Killer, told victims Friday he was "truly sorry" before he was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Born: November 24, 1946 Burlington Vermont
Died: January 24, 1989 (aged 42) Florida
Ted Bundy, in full Theodore Robert Bundy, (born November 24, 1946, Burlington, Vermont, U.S. died January 24, 1989, Starke, Florida), American serial killer and rapist, one of the most notorious criminals of the late 20th century. Although he would ultimately confess to 28 murders, some estimated that he was responsible for hundreds of deaths. Following a well-publicized trial, he was sentenced to death in 1979 for the murder of two college students. In the following year he again was sentenced to death, this time for the rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl. Bundy was executed in Florida’s electric chair in 1989.
Despite the appalling nature of his crimes, Bundy became something of a celebrity, particularly following his escape from custody in Colorado in 1977. During his trial his charm and intelligence drew significant public attention. His case inspired a series of popular novels and films devoted to serial murder. It also galvanized feminist criminologists, who contended that the popular media had transformed Bundy into a romantic figure.

A nurse accused of murdering seven babies in a hospital neonatal unit wrote: “I killed them on purpose because I’m not good enough to care for them,” a court has heard.
The trial of Lucy Letby was told on Thursday that police had recovered several handwritten documents from her home after her arrest in July 2018. On one note shown to the jury, headlined “Not good enough,” she wrote: “I will never have children or marry. I will never know what it’s like to have a family” and “I can’t breathe.”
On another, she wrote “I am a horrible evil person” and on another in capital letters: “I AM EVIL I DID THIS,” the jury was told.
The 32-year-old is accused of murdering seven newborns including two brothers from a set of triplets – over the course of a year at the Countess of Chester hospital.
She allegedly tried to kill 10 others by injecting them with air, milk or insulin between June 2015 and June 2016. Letby denies all 22 charges.
Letby was eventually removed from the neonatal ward in June 2016 – four months after a senior doctor had started to connect her to unexplained deaths and collapses, the trial has heard. In that four-month period she is alleged to have murdered two brothers from a set of triplets and to have attempted to kill five other babies.
Day four of the trial at Manchester crown court heard how police recovered notes that included “many protestations of innocence” when they arrested Letby at home in Chester in July 2018.
On another handwritten note shown to the jury, she wrote: “I don’t deserve to live. I killed them on purpose because I’m not good enough to care for them.”
She also wrote on the note: “There are no words”, “I can’t breathe”, “kill myself”, “I haven’t done anything wrong”, “how can I get through it?” and “I am an awful person”. She had also written “No Hope” and “Panic Fear” and then circled in capital letters “HATE”.
Letby’s barrister, Benjamin Myers KC, described the notes as the “anguished outpouring of a young woman in fear and despair when she realises the enormity of what is being said about her and this is her way of expressing it in the moment to herself”.
He added: “This note reflects the anguished state of mind Miss Letby found herself in and what she felt when she was learned of how she was accused of killing children she had done her best to care for. What you see there is anguish not guilt.”
On one note, she allegedly wrote: “Why/how has this happened – what process has led to this current situation. What allegations have been made and by who? Do they have written evidence to support their comments?”

Daniel Robinson was last seen leaving his job site in Buckeye, Arizona on June 23, 2021, where he was working as a geologist. A federal law enforcement official relayed to Daniel's father that he had seen him later that morning, cleaning his Jeep. He stated that Daniel seemed clear headed, and that they spoke briefly about target practice. The official confirmed that there was no damage to the Jeep at this time. He had moved into the Phoenix area after graduating as a field geologist in 2019. latest news on Madeleine McCann 2022
A prosecutor in the Madeleine McCann case has strongly hinted that German investigators have found new evidence against the prime suspect in the disappearance of the toddler.
Hans Christian Wolters told Portuguese television journalist Sandra Felgueiras on the TV channel CMTV: “The investigation is still going on and I think we found some new facts, some new evidence.
“Not forensic evidence, but evidence.”
Convicted sex offender Christian Brueckner was declared a suspect in the case by Portuguese officials last month as a 15-year legal deadline approached, and he has been under investigation by German officials for two years.
In the interview, Ms Felgueiras asked Mr Wolters: “Is it true that you found something belonging to Madeleine in the caravan of Christian Brueckner? You can’t deny it, can you?”
He replied: “I don’t want to deny it.
“We are sure that he is the murderer of Madeleine McCann.
“We are sure that he killed Madeleine McCann.”
According to The Sun, there is speculation that the evidence is fibres from the pajamas that Madeleine was wearing on the night she disappeared, although Mr Wolters said it was not forensic evidence.
Earlier this week, Madeleine’s parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, said it is essential that they find out the truth, as they marked the 15th anniversary of their daughter’s disappearance.
The three-year-old vanished during a family holiday to Praia da Luz, Portugal, on May 3, 2007.

Crime Untold Stories of World War II
Crime Untold Stories of World War II, also called Second World War, conflict that involved virtually every part of the world during the years 1939–45. The principal belligerents were the Axis powers—Germany, Italy, and Japan—and the Allies—France, Great Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union, and, to a lesser extent, China. The war was in many respects a continuation, after an uneasy 20-year hiatus, of the disputes left unsettled by World War I. The 40,000,000–50,000,000 deaths incurred in World War II make it the bloodiest conflict, as well as the largest war, in history

Top 10 missing people
Over 30 years, the United States has averaged over 600,000 missing person cases per year. As the U.S. is only one of 195 countries globally and given that many missing persons are not reported, we can only guess at the number of people around the globe who go missing each year. It is certainly in the millions, and it is chilling to imagine just how high it may be. Thankfully, many of the missing are quickly found—in the U.S., the vast majority are found within days. Many who go missing choose to do so to begin a new life. But given the sheer number of reported cases, there is still an unsettling amount of unsolved disappearances. In some of these unsolved cases, the clues left behind pose as many questions as they do answers, or support so many different theories that it’s impossible to decide on a conclusive answer. This has left us armchair sleuths with a ton of frustrating dead-ends and tantalizing mysteries to pore over, in the hopes of finding those we’ve lost. Here are ten of those missing person cases whose mysteries persist to this day.
