This 20 minute workout is for your core. Using a dumbbell (or other suitable weight) you create an off-balance weight on one side which engages your core. Use a weight heavy enough to offer feedback and some effort, but is still doable.

TSF Mini-Circuits for 19July2021
This video takes you through several rounds of min-circuits. Using your body-weight exercises, each 3-minute mini-circuit has 2 or 3 exercises in a pattern of reps, time, reps, repeat. Example: 10 squats, 20 sec run-in-place, 10 push-up, repeat pattern for 3 minutes. Weights are optional as is your intensity level, so slow jacks versus regular jump jacks. Less than 30 minutes total.
