INGREDIENTS
10 slices sandwich bread
Softened cream cheese
Sliced strawberries
3 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin.
Spread desired amount of cream cheese and strawberries along the edge of the bread, and roll up.
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Dip each roll-up in egg mixture, and pan fry in a buttered skillet until all sides are golden brown.

BANANA PEANUT BUTTER
Servings: 3
INGREDIENTS

Peanut butter
Banana slices
3 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION

Spread desired amount of peanut butter and bananas along the edge of the bread, and roll up.

Loaded Cheese Stuffed Mashed Potato Balls
Just when you thought you couldn’t eat mashed potatoes on the go!
4 Cups Leftover/Cold Mashed Potatoes - prepared to your liking
1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onions
3/4 Cup Chopped Cooked Bacon
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 Eggs
Block of Cheddar Cheese - Cut into small cubes
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
Salt
Place cold mashed potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add Green Onion, Chopped Bacon, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and 1 egg - mix well.
With lightly floured hands - pick up a tablespoon sized ball of potato mixture and flatten into a small pancake. Place cube of Cheddar in the center and wrap the potato mixture around the cheese. Repeat.
In three separate bowls, add Flour, Bread Crumbs, and remaining egg (whisked). Coat the potato ball in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Coat once more with egg and once more with bread crumbs. Set aside - store in fridge while you wait to fry.
In a medium pan heat oil over medium/high heat (to approximately 350˚F). Fry the potatoes in batches until browned on all sides. Transfer fried potato balls to paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt. Once all potatoes are fried - transfer to a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 400˚F (200˚C). Enjoy!

Воздушный меренговый рулет 😋 Все кто пробовал, хотят ещё)
Приготовление не сложное, но есть нюансы, которые я вам подскажу🤗
Во-первых вся посуда для меренги должна быть обезжирена, я протираю уксусом. Во-вторых надо быть очень осторожным при отделении белка от желтка, если попадет хоть капля желтка, меренга не получится. Ещё нужен хороший силиконизированный пергамент, иначе меренга прилипнет.
Рецепт начинки:
Ягоды(можно замороженные) 90 гр
Сахар 20 гр
Кукурузный крахмал 5 гр
Приготовление:
Ягоды кладем в сотейник с толстым дном, прогеваем до 40°С, добавляем сахар перемешанный с крахмалом. Доволим до кипения постоянно помешивая, варим секунд 30 до загущения. Перекладываем в кондитерский мешок, и убираем до полного остывания

Local British Strawberry & Mascarpone Tart Recipe | Booths Country Kitchen
This seasonal dessert recipe is incredibly easy to make. It’s perfect to feed a crowd and makes the most of local British strawberries during their summer season.
A delicious alternative to a strawberry cheesecake recipe, it has a light, mousse-like filling made with mascarpone cheese and cream. This is complemented by a cheesecake-style base, topped with tasty local strawberries.
We’re very fortunate to work with several local strawberry growers who supply us with the best of British strawberries, from Annabel’s Deliciously British based in Yorkshire to Lemken Nurseries based in Lancashire.
For more than a decade we’ve been getting Lancashire strawberries from Jeanette and John Gore-Phillips, who grow their plants in glasshouses at Lemken Nurseries in Hesketh Bank, Lancashire.
Annabel’s Deliciously British supply us with their fresh British strawberries from mid-May to mid-September. Joining our Booths supplier family in 2019, their high-quality British strawberries proved to be very popular from the beginning.
Their strawberries come to us from their family-run farm based at Sturton Grange, nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, headed by namesake of the brand, Annabel Makin-Jones. Having grown up on a farm, Annabel is passionate about farming, the countryside and the food industry.
“Being a mother, coupled with my passion for the industry, I want to promote Agriculture and Food production, to ensure that the younger generation know and understand how food is produced and where it comes from. I am now striving to ensure that my future business is sustainable and does not compromise meeting the needs of future generations.”

Strawberry varieties currently grown are Malling Centenary, Elsanta and Triumph. Growing these different varieties ensures they can guarantee quality and continuity for customers throughout the season. The team is always looking at new systems and plant varieties, to ensure continuous production of high quality fruit for five months of the year.
The strawberry plants are planted in stages starting in the winter months, which enables fruit to be harvested from spring to autumn. Once the berries are ripe, they are harvested and returned to the packhouse within 40 minutes of being picked. They are stored for a maximum of 24 hours at 2°C to keep their quality at its best. They are then inspected, weighed and lidded in the farm packhouse before being loaded onto refrigerated lorries to be brought to us at Booths.
Annabel’s believe in a truly sustainable approach to farming and try not to waste anything. All of their water requirements for the crop come from their 25-million-gallon lake, electricity is generated from solar panels and strawberries that don’t meet the premium specification are used as an ingredient in all natural Tame & Wild drinks. Farmers at heart, they value their land, countryside and the fruit they produce.
