How To Get The Splits ♥ Yoga For Full Splits | 30 Day Challenge
THE CHALLENGE:
-If you want to get the splits, you must commit to working at it everyday.
-Other videos that claim you'll get the splits fast, risk injury and are impossible claims.
- Choose some of the pairing videos in this descriptions to pair/rotate through each day and expedite your results.
This is a 10 min yoga sequence that I've created for you that will target every muscle you need in order to achieve full leg flexibility. I want you guys to treat this as a 30 Day Challenge, where you will dedicate 10 min each day and practice these stretches. If you commit yourself to that, I promise you will be down in splits in no time.
My 30 Day Challenge for you is to incorporate this video with my other yoga/fitness videos everyday. By working the muscles, getting them super warm and then going into deep stretches like the ones in the video, it will make your progress much quicker.

♥ Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore
muscles
♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.
♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.
♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us... you have to commit yourself everyday to the idea of achieving whatever healthy look you desire.

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) A, C, and B
This video breaks down Surya Namaskar A, C, and B. Surya Namaskar (or sun salutation) is a good way to warm up the body, stretch and lengthen the muscles, tone, and even break a sweat! These are often introduced, either just sun salutation A or perhaps B and C, in a vinyasa flow class. I made this video to help beginners break it down in the comfort of their own home. Going to a class at a studio or elsewhere and feeling confused when the rest of the class is going through this isn't very comforting, so use this to help you get familiar!
These can be done as slowly as you want, or linking one breath to each movement. Be mindful and intentional of your movements. Surya Namaskar C varies often, sometimes omitting the Plank to low plank to upward facing dog flow. I chose this one to break down, but feel free to look for other variations of Surya Namaskar C.
Introduce these sequences to your home practice. You can even do several rounds of these to make up your practice for the day.

Alright yogis - Today we're exploring two movements that bring together the Surya Namaskara sequence. Both the jump forward and the jump back to Chaturanga Dandasana involve synchronizing movement, breath and bandha - and to control the movements, one must have a physically integrated understanding of all three. Fortunately, there are several options that a practitioner might use when moving through this vinyasa, so it is a part of the sequence that's accessible to absolutely all levels, from beginner to advanced, but selecting which version is appropriate for you is a key part of the process of naturally advancing through the levels until you can eventually float freely with complete control of where the body is in space - so regardless of whether you're stepping, jumping or learning to fly, the fundamentals explored in this tutorial will guide your path of progression. Alright Yogis! In this video we'll take a quick look at the jump back to Chaturanga Dandasana; a common vinyasa in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and beyond. Learning to do this one proficiently creates great strength and stability in between each of the seated asanas, and allows for fluid, uninterrupted movement through the sequence.
This movement requires deep core strength and healthy stability in the shoulders and arms to rotate the body cleanly and float all the way back into chatvari position. While does take time to integrate the necessary anatomical forms - I'll touch on just a few of the many cues that may be useful for yoga students to learn to clear the floor.
Coming up next, we'll either continue to look at this vinyasa, but go into a bit more detail to cover some of the modifications that will bring you closer to going through the full movement - OR - look at the jump forward into Bakasana B from the Ashtanga Yoga Intermediate Series.
