Walking into Super Nintendo World, you really feel like you've been transported into one of the Super Mario video games, especially with all the moving pieces. We rode both Mario Kart Koopa's Challenge (a.k.a. Mario Kart Bowser's Challenge) and Yoshi's Adventure. Continuing on theme with the rest of the park, Bowser's Castle is absoluting amazing as well. After a brief pause to watch the unexpected (to us) Pokemon parade, complete with Mimikyu, Gengar, Pikachu, and more, we made our way to Hogsmeade. I've been to both Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Orlando before, but I couldn't come all this way and *not* visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. In this video, I'll take you along on my thrilling adventure at We Shred Rock Creek, a fantastic women's only mountain biking event held at the Southeast's newest downhill bike park, Ride Rock Creek. The day didn't start as smoothly as I hoped, with a surprising crash on my first run down the Green River trail. But, as they say, when you fall, you get back up, and I decided to take it easy and stick to Green River laps for the rest of the day. Despite the rocky start, the event turned out to be an absolute blast. I had the chance to join super fun lady trains and meet some amazing fellow riders. Plus, we had some fantastic raffle items up for grabs, generously provided by sponsors like Troy Lee, SRAM, Ride Rock Creek, and more. To top it all off, we enjoyed some mouthwatering tacos that were the perfect fuel for our mountain biking adventures. This is either a common five-lined skink or southeastern five-lined skink seen at Bays Mountain Park, located in Kingsport Tennessee. As far as I know, the most common way to differentiate between these two species is by looking at the underside of their tail, and unfortunately I didn't get that close.

Specialized Status 140 - https://www.specialized.com/us/en/status-140/p/199765 I finally acquired my first full suspension mountain bike, the Specialized Status 140 (size S2). This bike comes stock with fox suspension with a Fox Float 36 Rhythm fork and Fox X Performance rear shock. The Specialized Status 140 also comes with Sram NX Eagle shifting and Sram Code 4 brakes. This mountain bike is a trail bike, though others have mention it borders on being an enduro, and I agree. My review of the Specialized Status is that I'm very happy with it so far, it feels very capable. It's stable and fun on the downhills, while still managing climbs. Come paddle boarding with me in Knoxville Tennessee. The route I took launched from Ijams River Landing (part of Ijams Nature Center) around Boyd Island and back. This paddle became incredibly windy, which turned a relatively easy paddle board trip, into a challenging one.
