James Comey setting him up to get a reaction knowing that the whole thing was a hoax. The FBI repeatedly lied to the FISA court as the Department of Justice was totally misused. Ultimately it demonic serpent Hillary Clinton paying for this terrible faux report. But behind that, don’t forget, is the ultimate devil Barack Obama, devoting his entire life to destroying America. But instead of going after all the scumbags who stabbed him in the back, is it not better for Trump to just focus on running for president? He’s now proven a master policy strategist. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last few years, Hunter Biden spent decades in various foreign countries like Russia, China, and the Ukraine receiving pay as Joe’s boy. Employed by Ukrainian Burisma gas and oil company, famously making something like $150,000 a month. Hunter didn't live in Ukraine, or attend meetings. More importantly, he doesn't know anything about petroleum so the whole sham was to have papa’s brand new bag boy bring home the bacon to his father. Heavenly Hard Drive: Studying Hunter’s laptop yields about $11 million dollars Biden income from 2013 to 22018. A recent story had him making $30,000 a month, while still receiving a $100,000 loan from Joe, then used for prostitutes and drugs. Joe Biden wired Hunter $5,000 while his son was “actively engaged” with one escort and was also convinced to send another $20,000 to pay for his stay at a New York drug rehabilitation program that never came to fruition, according to the report. Hunting Debauchery: To state Hunter has a few addictions would be like saying Joe Biden likes a smattering of illegal entries on the southern border every day. Hunter’s Shakedown Cruise: Hunter is accused of arranging pay-for-play in foreign climes for US govt connects, money laundering, using illegal substances & buying narcotics, human trafficking of prostitutes, homemade porn, violating the Mann Act, falsifying gun purchase info, tax avoidance, not registering as a foreign agent, etc. Some claim Hunter has pics on the laptop frolicking with underage girls. Meanwhile, the intrepid capitalist sells his crack-pipe bubble-art for tens of thousands. To sum up, Hunter reps for the Biden crime syndicate as both front man and bagboy. Yearslong Investigation: So a Fed investigation was opened in 2018 and has dragged on lo’, these many years. It did produce a tax prosecution in which Hunter paid back a million greenbacks. But Hunter’s real crimes may not even be investigated. Since the entire federal govt has become a patsy for Joe, then it’s safe to assume that the weirdly named Merick Garland’s DOJ only exists to further Biden’s socialist workers. 4th Down, Time to Punt: With Joe Biden’s poll numbers certainly headed into the 20’s, the Democrat Party is mired in an existential crisis. Something must be done. So, to prove Joe’s tough on crime, not biased, and a real leader, Hunter must be sacrificed. But not completely. Of all these potential charges, two or three smaller ones will be pursued and there will be a quick plea offer and acceptance. These will be swiftly adjudicated and probably go from felony to misdemeanor status so Hunter doesn't lose his right to travel internationally. From the guilty plea will emerge a suspended sentence and probation. Sealing Off Hunter’s Shenanigans: In doing this the government can close the entire investigation, seal the documents tight as a drum and make sure nobody comes to pick through them. Now for such trifles as money laundering, not registering as a foreign agent -- which destroyed Paul Manafort, selling favors, tax fraud, violating the Mann act, repeated use of illegal drugs, etc, this could be 20-30 federal court years. The argument for parole will be Hunter is too high profile to put behind bars and so must slip into probation on lesser charges. Democrats will argue this is necessary to win the election -- so it has to happen, lickity split, before Nov. 2022, or the GOP will completely atomize Biden’s entire crooked family, one-by-one. His motive was unclear.” Is bail reform behind the recent national spike in crime? Undoubtedly, it’s a major factor considering also the Defund Police revolt and other anti-law movements. Recall how violent protests, thieves and arsonists were allowed to engage in fiery melees without arrest across America during the BLM riots, just last year. Major crimes soared in Feb in NY City & NY Police Department (NYPD) officials blame one change implemented: bail reform. The NYPD stated, “Criminal justice reforms serve as a significant reason New York City has seen this uptick in crime.” New York is especially struggling with this rise in crime. But the NY City DA Alvin Bragg is also intent on allowing criminals out, as Fox News reports: An accused serial shoplifter with 122 prior arrests was released again under New York state’s bail reform law despite even liberal Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office wanting him to remain in custody, according to a report. The NY Post reported Lorenzo McLucas, 34, was released on his own recognizance Wednesday following his most recent arrest for allegedly stealing from a business on Lexington Ave in Midtown Manhattan. In general, Daily Wire reports: According to the NYPD, compared to Feb 2019, major crimes grew 22.5%; in addition, the city suffered a 7.1% increase in shootings. Also a rise in robbery, assault, burglary, grand larceny, and grand larceny, according to Fox News, who added, “The NYPD says that in the first 58 days of 2020, 482 individuals who had already been arrested for committing a felony such as robbery or burglary were rearrested for committing an additional 846 crimes. 35%, or 299, were for arrests in the seven major crime categories – murder, rape, robbery, felony assault, burglary, grand larceny, and grand larceny auto – that is nearly triple the amount of those crimes committed in the same 58 days in 2019.” Further, Barry Latzer, at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY, explained explained: The new law prohibits arraignment judges from demanding bail for certain defendants or remanding them to jail. Instead, they must release the defendant on his own recognizance (ROR). This release order supposedly does not apply to violent felony offenders. However, numerous crimes of violence or potential violence are found among the state’s so-called nonviolent felonies, including certain robberies, rapes, and assaults. And judges in NY may not take public safety into account when deciding whether or not to release someone. It is true that defendants who have been arrested but not yet convicted should not be punished. It is also true that without some security — cash deposits, bail, or jail — many thousands of these defendants will never show up for their day in court, and some will commit additional crimes once freed. The balance between individual rights and public safety is best achieved by letting the judges determine on a case-by-case basis who is a flight risk or a danger to the public and helping them make this determination through data-based assessments. Top-down, arbitrary decision-making by state government simply won’t work.” And although liberals claim no study establishes that such easy bail laws help create crime, this is not true. Consider the following Univ of Utah article investigating Chicago bail reform: New changes to pretrial release procedures have led to a substantial increase in crimes committed by pretrial releasees in Cook County Illinois. Released defendants charged with committing new crimes increased by 45%, and new violent crimes increased by an estimated 33%. Official data undercounts the number of releasees charged with new violent crimes. These public safety concerns call into question whether the bail “reform” measures implemented in there were cost-beneficial. As Cook County’s procedures are state-of-the-art and track those being implemented in many parts of the country, and their experience suggests other jurisdictions are suffering increases in crime due to bail reform. Unsurprisingly, states are beginning to push back against the national rush to liberalize bail reform. But why would CA, boasting America's great shipping container ports, torpedo our transport during the country's worst ever supply chain breakdown? According to the California Trucker's association: “The contributions of California’s 70,000 independent truckers have been vital to keeping the United States afloat during this supply chain crisis,” CTA CEO Shawn Yadon said. Their petition in CTA v. Bonta was just denied by SCOCA. CTA said on July 1, '22: “In addition to the direct impact on California’s 70,000 owner-operators who have seven days to cease long-standing independent businesses, the impact of taking tens of thousands of truck drivers off the road will have devastating repercussions on an already fragile supply chain, increasing costs and worsening runaway inflation.” AB5 is Assembly Bill No. 5 (“AB5”). From the 2019 case codifying the CA Dynamex decision, we find 3 rules to be applied to such truckers: ...that certain workers should be presumed employees instead of independent contractors when evaluating wage and hour classification in class action cases. The ruling required companies to use newly adopted ABC test to determine who is an independent contractor, which must certify: A That the worker is free from the control and direction of the hiring entity in connection with the performance of the work, both under the contract for the performance of the work and in fact; B Thatthe worker performs work that is outside the usual course of the hiring entity’s business; and C That the worker is customarily engaged in an independently established trade, occupation, or business of the same nature as the work performed. “Most legal analysis of the ruling agrees the ABC test sets an impossible standard for most of our members to meet,” the Western States Trucking Association said, especially “B” provision. Zip Recruiters claims average income of CA independent truckers is $227,000. Multiplied by 70,000, CA is canceling $15,890,000,000, or approximately $16 BILLION of income for their state. From below are released toxic and poisonous fumes of the devil's hot breath, billowing as he smiles broadly. Things haven't looked this good to Lucifer since before the Reformation. So let's deal with the cornerstone of the socialist's mythic accusations against America. The First Nation claim is that our democratic republic started by theft and degenerated from there. This is actually historically false and must be strenuously resisted to restore our sense of worth as a nation. And you'll never find a better time to start pushing back against these lies. Jeff Fynn-Paul writes in the Spectator, “The myth of the ‘stolen country’ – What should the Europeans have done with the New World?” He sums up the lies daily aiding anti-Americans: ​”We all know the cliché: The US was founded by a monumental act of genocide, accompanied by larceny on grandest scale. First, the introduction of Europeans to the American continent would have resulted in a massive wave of deaths because of disease. Viruses would wipe out most of an unexposed population, regardless of intent, with Fynn-Paul stating: ​”First, no matter who ‘discovered’ the New World, it is inevitable that a large proportion of New World inhabitants would have died within the first few decades after first contact. The fact some deals were frauds hardly differentiates them from any other group of humans in history. But as Europeans established farms and built up stockades of weapons for self-defense, the Natives naturally moved farther away. Then, Professor Fry-Paul asks a fascinating question: “What precisely would our pious anthropology professors have had Europeans do with the New World once they found it?” Of course, the answer is not so easy. Let us at least acknowledge this fact.” In closing, Europeans took over lands that were mostly empty as hunter gatherers have difficulty reporudcing at a fast rate and as disease decimated a huge percentage of Natives. Further, when accused of destroying Native culture, the fact is that humans often want to adapt when facing a more sophisticated people. And even Christopher Columbus comes off as not a bad guy, writes Fynn-Paul: ​”What about Columbus himself? Try as they might (and they have tried mightily), historians have been unable to find any evidence that Columbus was genocidal, or had any particular ill-will towards the Native Americans that he encountered. Let’s remember that Columbus was first and foremost a merchant. The godless and ferociously rabid Democrat Party must be extirpated, root and branch, for America’s salvation and completely destroyed as an entity. Only then can America be safe from its socialist depredations and blind instinct for destruction. And defanged from the power of Roe v. Wade, Democrats now writhe in wicked agony over their lost ability to daily slaughter the unborn innocent. So, let us pray the wipeout of this satanic cabal happens sooner, rather than later and occurs without sparking another bloody civil war.

Instead, SCOTUS allows states to choose whether to allow or ban abortion. This means, the more liberal a state, the easier it will be to get such a procedure. This is hardly the total ban the media and leftist advocates warned and rioted over, and a young man tried to assassinate Judge Kavenaugh for. Justice Samuel Alito wrote,“The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision,” joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Alito added -- "Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division." Further shaking leftists to the core, Judge Thomas added: “In future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell,” Thomas wrote — referring to a 1965 decision finding a right to contraception for married couples, a 2003 decision overturning criminal sodomy laws and a 2015 decision requiring states to recognize same-sex marriages. “We have a duty to ‘correct the error’ established in those precedents.” Thomas stated such case law could still be preserved on other grounds. Soon after, local 911 took a call from Roske, claiming suicidal thoughts, planning to "kill a specific United States Supreme Court justice". Local police went to the justice's home and arrested Roske. Justice Kavanaugh and family were home during the arrest. In custody, Roske was "upset" about the leaked Supreme Court document on abortion, and recent mass shooting in Uvalde, TX. He said Justice Kavanaugh might issue rulings loosening gun control regulations. Roske had a Glock 17 pistol, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, crowbar and duct tape. From at least the early Middle Ages, whenever a serious crime occurred villagers, “ready appareled,” were to raise a “hue and cry” and, under the supervision of the local constable or sheriff, pursue the culprit “from town to town, and from county to county,” on “pain of grievous fine.” The 2nd Statute of Winchester (1285) codified the demand for Englishmen to bear arms to defend themselves and others, stating: Whereas every day robbery, homicide, & arson are committed more frequently than used to be the case, and felonies escape…it is commanded that every man shall have in his house arms for keeping the peace according to the ancient assize…. In brief, all able-bodied men were held responsible to have arms and be trained in their use for defense of themselves, their family and neighbors, and the homeland. Henry VIII fined those families who had not bought their sons a bow and two arrows, and trained them how to use them, by age 7. Historian F.W. Maitland describes in The History of English Law before the Time of Edward I, how virtually all Englishmen were expected to bear arms: “The state in its exactions pays little heed to the line between free and bond, it expects all men, not merely all freemen, to have arms.” Therefore, England wanted all its men to be armed and assembled into militias.” Third, Small Arms and other private weapons keep millions of law-abiding Americans safe. And to arbitrarily confiscate and make illegal guns will only make America more dangerous, despite all the propaganda to the opposite. Fourth: Grave Peril as here we are at a time of great peril in America, and yet we allow our anti-self-defense media to always outline our issues and choose the right response. This must be resisted with all our strength given the media’s default Marxism. Don’t forget 20th Century Marxism killed hundreds of millions of innocent, unarmed people. So what’s the answer? Mandatory Arms Training: The answer to the repeated bloodletting by crazed, depraved and undoubtedly demonic fanatics is to create a national network of arms training and marksmanship. First, all children would be taught in public school about American history, the Revolutionary War, and how self-armed Americans were the backbone of the Revolution. Conscription? Then as youngsters grow into maturity, every American would be especially trained in the 2nd Amendment and encouraged to invest in the arms of their choice -- including rifles, pistols, bows, swords and knives, etc. The US must also consider conscription into at least 2 years of military service. Specific Hostage Training: Finally, there must be specific training for eliminating a crazed gunman which will be most effective if executed by those around these maniacs. For as we have seen, there is no reduction in mass killings despite all the continually restrictive laws. Why? Because everyone knows that when guns become illegal, then only the lawless remain armed. Our ABSOLUTE DUTY to Avoid Murder: Friends, consider there is an absolute human duty to use self-defense when threatened by deadly force. Because to not resist means that a threatened person unwittingly assists in a murder. There is also a moral, religious and yes -- Christian duty to protect others when in danger, which can only be inculcated by education and realistic training. So where will the sudden influx of double our homeless stay in any given month, when the national homeless number keep doubling twice their original numbers every month? Is this not a catastrophe for America’s already beleaguered resident homeless? By year’s end, America’s homeless numbers will have increased by twenty times. Criminals: First, all illegals who enter America without express permission are criminals, by the very act. Setting that aside, consider Heritage’s reporting: Non-citizens constitute only about 7% of the U.S. population. Yet the latest data from the Justice Department’s Bureau of Justice Statistics reveals non -citizens accounted for nearly 2/3rd (64%) of all federal arrests in 2018. Just two decades earlier, only 37% of all federal arrests were non-citizens. These arrests aren’t just for immigration crimes. Non-citizens accounted for 24% of all federal drug arrests, 25% of all federal property arrests, and 28% of all federal fraud arrests. Now, consider how many illegals were already criminals when they arrived, explained in the following from National Law Review: Average 4 Criminal Convictions/ Charges: According to figures released by ICE, it conducted 103,603 administrative arrests in FY 2020. Of those arrested, 90% had criminal convictions or charges at the time of the arrest. The arrested immigrants had a total of more than 374,000 convictions and charges, an average of four per person. In FY 2019, ICE agents arrested more than 143,000 people in the interior. The most convictions or criminal charges pending against them were for driving under the influence (74,000), followed by drug offenses (67,000). Only 1,900 had been charged or convicted of homicide. Convictions or criminal charges of the aliens arrested also included 1,800 homicide-related crimes, 1,600 kidnappings, 37,000 assaults, and 10,000 sex crimes, according to ICE data. Further, ICE announced that in FY 2020 they had successfully deported 185,884 immigrants. Of those, 4,276 were known or suspected gang members, 675 of whom are believed to be members of the brutal gang MS-13. It was also reported that 31 were known or suspected terrorists. Costs: In 2010, FairUS reported “This report estimates the annual costs of illegal immigration at the federal, state and local level to be about $113 billion; nearly $29 billion at the federal level and $84 billion at the state and local level.” So what are the costs today for US illegals, and what will they be after Title 42 is canceled? Current levels are likely around $250 billion. Estimates of the illegal population in the US range from 10-20 million. Certainly, adding another possibly 30 million illegals during Biden’s inchoate reign will add several trillion dollars in increased spending. And for what gain? Effects: Consider what the effects will be if Biden launches into a policy of allowing 500,000 illegals across the border every month. Consider the impact of this, of 6 million new residents in a year, in terms of Costs; Homeless assets; Crime; Schools; Housing; Medical needs; Rule of Law; Religion or Terrorism. Conclusion: Is it constitutional for the president to open the border wide to anyone who shows up? Will the Democrats end up winning for their illegal tactics? One of the most dramatic and far-reaching events in world history is the execution of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. While Easter is the Christian holiday celebrating the resurrected Messiah, there would be no Easter without a crucifixion; and no crucifixion without trials that set up Jesus for execution. These trials are fascinating for the legal procedures from Jewish and Roman law. But ultimately the political struggle over control of the Temple helped doom Christ. I. Courtroom Laws of the Jews: Mishnah Sanhedrin Of course the law for the ancient Jews was found in the Old Testament, especially in Deuteronomy and Leviticus. But the Mishnah also contains law as it was developed for the ancient Israeli courts. According to legend, the Mishnah is the "oral half" of Moses' Mt. Sinai law "...that which is memorized by rote." Cited here is Mishnah tractate Sanhedrin, being the Jewish legal rules drawn from the Pentateuch, and other sources for the Israeli court system. The Talmud is the supreme extract of Mishnah, considered the most influential document in the history of Judea. II. Sanhedrin, Lesser & Greater The Sanhedrin were Jewish leaders, both locally and nationally, according to Lawrence. In Hebrew communities with at least 120 families, a smaller Sanhedrin consisted of 23 members who made all decisions. The Greater Sanhedrin was a national council of 70 members plus the High Priest, acting as Israel's final Court of Appeal. This body combined functions of legislative, judicial, and executive. There were 24 chief priests, 24 elders, and 22 scribes on the panel. This design was allowed by the Romans when they ruled Jewish lands. III. The Six Trials of Jesus & a Crucifixion Legal historians count six different trials of Christ, according to John W. Lawrence in The Six Trials of Jesus, each having a judicial, or at least a pseudo-legal component. A. Arrest Somewhere between 30-33 A.D., in Jerusalem on Thursday, week of Passover, directly after the Last Supper, Jesus went to pray in the Garden of Gethsemane. There, considering His coming torture and grisly death—he “sweated blood” in apprehension. A group approaching Him was led by Judas, who betrayed His identity by a kiss. This group of Jewish officials also included a cohort of perhaps 1,000 Roman soldiers and support. After ascertaining his identity, he was delivered to Annas, perhaps the most powerful Jewish politician and religious official of his day. The text says, “Then the detachment of soldiers with its commander and the Jewish officials arrested Jesus. They bound him and brought him first to Annas, who was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, the high priest that year.” (John 18:12-13) Annas was considered true High Priest of Israel, even though his son-in-law Caiaphas occupied the elected position, being the power behind the throne, as 5 of his sons, the son-in-law, and a grandson all were elected High Priest during his life. B. Six Trials of Christ 1. Trial Before Annas Christ’s first “religious trial” occurred before the Annas. His family ran a racket in the Temple where their cartel controlled the sale of sacrificial animals. Jesus was hated for driving out this money-making horde by whip. Jesus was led by soldiers to Annas’ house for initial interrogation, questioned for His followers and teachings: Meanwhile, high priest (Annas) questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching.“I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied. “I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret. Why question me? Ask those who heard me. Surely they know what I said.” When Jesus said this, one of the officials nearby slapped him in the face. “Is this the way you answer the high priest?” he demanded. “If I said something wrong,” Jesus replied, “testify as to what is wrong. But if I spoke the truth, why did you strike me?” Then Annas sent him bound to Caiaphas the high priest. (John 18:19-24) Jesus relied upon Jewish legal tradition to not condemn Himself. Having decided Christ was guilty, nonetheless, Annas sent him to Caiaphas. 2. Trial Before Caiaphas & Sanhedrin Early Friday morning, Jesus faced the standing High Priest Caiaphas and Sanhedrin Great Council. Many witnesses indicted Christ, but none agreed on specifics. But the purpose of the court was to frame Jesus: “Now the chief priest and the whole council sought false witness against Jesus, that they might put him to death; and they found it not, though many false witnesses came.” (Matthew 26:59-60) But during this trial Jesus was asked by the High Priest about his true identity, invoking the “Living God”: The high priest said to him, “I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Messiah, the Son of God.” “You have said so,” Jesus replied. “But I say to all of you: From now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.” Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?” “He is worthy of death,” they answered. (Matt 26:63-66) Christ was forced to answer truthfully in the name of God. When Jesus admitted being Messiah, he claimed equality with God, so supposedly blasphemed Himself to the Jews. So a sentence of execution was demanded. 3. Trial Before Sanhedrin, Early Next Morning The trial before the Sanhedrin had to be done in the morning to ratify the previous trial because it had been done at night, which was illegal, according to Lawrence. But there are significant differences from the night before. First, the setting is Sanhedrin’s Great Hall, instead of Caiaphas’ home. Also, Caiaphas is no longer in charge, and not even mentioned. Further, there are no witnesses mentioned. Instead, Christ’s admission to “blasphemy” is the key piece of evidence. But in His testimony, Christ refuses to agree, noting even if He admits this, they still will not believe. The group votes by merely standing to show a consensus. Jesus is now taken to Pontius Pilate for his first civil, Roman trial. 4. Fourth Trial, 1st With Pontius Pilate The following trial was next morning, early Friday, the sun yet to rise, probably around 5 am, according to Lawrence. Jesus was taken to Pilate since the Jews had condemned him to death, they had no right to execute anyone. Fascinatingly, while they wanted to kill Christ for claiming to be God, this was not against Roman law. In fact, Romans themselves regarded Caesar Augustus as God. So the Jews had to invent a charge worthy of death. Pilate was Procurator of Palestine; infamous for bloodthirsty rule and hating Jews. When the Sanhedrin demanded Jesus executed, he did not immediately acquiesce. Pilate asked, “What charges are you bringing against this man?” (John 18:28) The charge they leveled was: “We have found this man subverting our nation. He opposes payment of taxes to Caesar and claims to be Messiah, a king.” (Luke 23:2) After questioning Christ, and finding no crime, Pilate tried to release Him. But the Sanhedrin would not acquiesce. Fearing insurrection, Pilate had him whipped. Then, not being willing to execute Him, he sent him to Herod Antipas, noting Jesus was a Galilean, and therefore under Herod’s jurisdiction. 5. Fifth Trial of Herod Antipas Christ was then sent to Herod who was greatly interested, having heard of His exploits, and hoping to see some miracles. This is the same Herod whom beheaded John the Baptist after promising his stepdaughter, Salome, anything she asked for, during a feast when she danced seductively for him. But when Herod questioned Christ, all he received was silence: “He plied him with many questions, but Jesus gave him no answer.” (Luke 23:9) In response, having heard the charges, and knowing all the players, Herod declares Jesus innocent, as well. 6. Sixth Trial, 2nd With Pontius Pilate Jesus was returned to Pilate. Both leaders declared Jesus innocent: Pilate called together the chief priests, the rulers and the people, and said to them, “You brought me this man as one who was inciting the people to rebellion. I have examined him in your presence and have found no basis for your charges against him. Neither has Herod, for he sent him back to us; as you can see, he has done nothing to deserve death. Therefore, I will punish him and then release him.” (Luke 23:13-16) The Sanhedrin were furious Jesus defied their Temple monopoly, so he must die. Pilate did not want to execute Christ, finding him innocent. His wife also warned him: “While Pilate was sitting on the judge’s seat, his wife sent him this message: “Don’t have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him.” (Matt 27:19) But when Pilate realized the crowd was getting unruly, he decided to execute Christ, and lay responsibility on the Jewish leaders. “What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called the Messiah?” Pilate asked. They all answered, “Crucify him!” Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, “Crucify him!” When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “I am innocent of this man’s blood,” he said. “It is your responsibility!” All the people answered, “His blood is on us and on our children!” Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified. (Luke 23: 22-25) IV. Summary & Illegal Aspects of the Trials Every legal hearing Jesus experienced was rife with mistakes and falsification. The entire process was a “railroading” to make sure the desired outcome—judicial execution by the state—was achieved. One cannot blame the Jews, as a whole, for this outcome, but instead a corrupt ruling elite. Some of the illegal activities done by Christ’s accuser’s have been listed by David K. Breed, in his The Trial of Christ. These are termed “Reversible Errors.” They include: No process could take place on the Jewish Sabbath or on feast days. No process could be started at night or even afternoon for a trial before a regular Sanhedrin court. It was error for acting Judge Caiaphas to seek words from mouth of Christ’s to convict Him, without first making a prima-facie case with other witnesses. Caiaphas’ Palace was not the meeting place of the Sanhedrin: it was error to hold a trial there. It was error for Caiaphas to have acted as Judge after having publicly declared that Christ deserved death. It was error to have left Him unguarded, to the unrestrained license of the mob in the gallery of Caiaphas’ palace or court. The Sanhedrin had no jurisdiction in Capital Cases, being divested of that jurisdiction by the Romans forty years before. The Sanhedrin had no power except at a regular meeting. It was error not to appoint someone to defend Him‚ÄîJesus had no counsel. It was error not to have “warned” the witnesses in this capital case, in a Sanhedrin court. Courts erred not taking into consideration guilt or innocence of Jesus. It was error to take Christ, as prisoner, before Annas. Roman Law required trials be public; the private trial of Christ before Annas and Caiaphas was illegal. It was error to convict a man on the testimony of false witnesses. Pilate having announced Jesus not guilty, erred in permitting the verdict of the “mob” to stand. Sanhedrin could not convict on the same day as the trial; they must hold verdict of “guilty” under advisement at least 2 days. V. Judicial Execution by Crucifixion Christ was then crucified, a type of execution described here: The condemned, after being whipped (“scourged”), dragged the crossbeam of his cross to the place of punishment, where the upright shaft was already fixed in the ground. Stripped nude, his arms nailed firmly to the crossbeam through wrists. The crossbeam was raised high against the upright shaft, then secured 9-12 feet off the ground. Next, feet were nailed to the upright shaft. A ledge was placed halfway up the upright shaft for support to the body. Over the criminal’s head was a notice stating his name and crime. Death was caused by asphyxiation, but could be hastened by shattering the legs (crurifragium) with an iron club. VI. Conclusion Christ himself prophesied his coming execution. That he was innocent is attested by his judges, and also granted by accusers when they could not find honest witnesses. Yet, without His death, Christianity would have never arisen to better the world for 2,000 years. Christ’s followers are well-advised, while celebrating His life and death, to recall the extreme ends His enemies went to try and kill His ideas and beliefs. But without Christ and His brave sacrifices up to death, the modern world could never have come into being, nor would Easter’s promise of everlasting resurrection even be imaginable.

In ancient Egypt, divination was done by examining the feces of animals, called Scatomancy: “Scatomancy (alternatively known as Spatalomancy, Spatilomancy, Cropomancy, and Spatalamancy) is a divination by studying the the size, arrangement, color and interaction of excrement.” In ancient times, scatomancers were influential members of their community called upon to assist in medical diagnosis and trial by ordeal. In kleptoparasitic, one of scatomancy's forms that was popular in ancient Egypt, dung beetles were employed. These amazing insects were actually held sacred and immortalized by the Egyptians. They shape, roll and weave dung balls as a sexual display and courtship attractor. The beetle’s speed and behavior, as well as the appearance of the dung balls, were all taken into consideration for the prognostications. Medieval European experts also practiced such coprological divinations: Gualtherus Bruele’s Praxis Medicinae (1639) provides instructions on diagnosing various diseases, often using feces as a tool: “those fluxes are worst, when the excrements doe resemble the colour of a Leeke, and when they be blackish, and doe stink very much,” and “if black excrements be voyded, the body being leane, if parcels of fat and flesh and pieces of the guts be voyded, as also if the patient be weake, the flux is mortall, because the flesh cannot grow together, nor the ulcer be made hard”. The Mainstream Media, no doubt well-versed in Scatomancy, double-clutched and gulped, then attributed the untimely white squirt as “distiller’s grain.” Huh? Uncle Joe shuddered, as even in his demented state, realized being pooped on -- as he’s done repeatedly to Americans across the continent -- is a bad omen. In fact, the entire Democrat Establishment would be well-advised to sit down for a Scatomancy and Coprological reading. Then again, this may be a waste of time since their goose is already cooked with Joe Biden’s spectacular failure of a presidency.
