This video demonstrates my go-to stretching exercises, both static and dynamic. I show you a few simple stretching exercises that improve your mobility giving you a better workout and a better recovery after your workout. I also go over the ready position, which is suitable for more weight lifting exercises. This is not an all-encompassing list. Feel free to include these, modify as needed, perform before workout or after or as a light low impact workout in itself.
