Bacon Wrapped Cheeseburger Dogs on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
05/17/2021: On this week's episode of the Griddle Food Network we are griddle cooking bacon wrapped cheeseburger dogs on the 36” blackstone griddle culinary series. Go ahead and add this cook to the blackstone griddle recipes.
Chef Round Eye guides you through this how to, on griddle cooking the bacon wrapped cheeseburger dogs with this easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1lb of 80/20 Ground Chuck
- 1lb of Bacon
- 4 Slices of American Cheese
- 2 Bun Length Hot Dogs
- Salt & Pepper
- Worchester Sauce
- BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
Additional Tools used:
- Baking / warming rack
- Basting dome
1lb of ground beef will make 2 wrapped burger dogs. Place the ground beef in a bowl and add 2 TBS of salt, 2 TBS of pepper and 2 TBS of Worchester sauce. Toss the meat blending in the seasoning. Take out half of the meat start pack into a patty pressing it out on wax paper thinning out the patty enlarging it. Add at minimum 2 pieces of cheese and then lay the hot dog towards the edge of the cheese and begin to roll it up.
Once the meat is rolled up, close up the the ends . Ensure the cheese and hot dog are sealed in the hamburger meat.
Roll the meat in bacon. 1lb of bacon will take cover 2 bacon wrapped cheeseburger dogs. Begin with 1 strip being placed from end to end. Then begin to wrap bacon around the meat over lapping each piece.
You may want to use skewers to hold the bacon in place. Place the bacon on the griddle top and rotate the wrapped cheeseburger dogs every 5 minutes. Once you see the bacon is cooked, you will want to finish the cook on baking/waring rack no higher than 1 inch off the griddle top cover with basting dome. Add water for steam effect. Once on the baking /warming continue rotating every 5 minutes and use a meat thermometer to check the hamburger meat temp. Your goal is 155 degrees to ensure the meat is cooked. Once it reached feel free to baste in a bbq sauce and keep under cover for a minimum 10 minutes.

Keto Style Stuffed Bell Peppers on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
04/20/2021: Keto Recipes | Low Carb Stuffed Bell Peppers on the 36'' Blackstone Griddle Culinary Series | Griddle Food Network
Outdoor cooking gets even better with a keto recipe. This episode on the Griddle Food Network, we prepare Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers on the 36” Blackstone Griddle.
Ingredients
- (4) Bell Peppers
- 1lb of Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 of a Sweet Onion
- 8 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- Riced Cauliflower (large family size bag in frozen section)
- 1lb bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Can (1lb) of Crushed Tomato Sauce
First, cook up the bell peppers on the griddle top for about 20 minutes, keeping them under a dome. Add water to generate steam. Once the peppers become lightly softened, place on a warm rack over the griddle top.
Second, sauté the chopped up sweet onion. As the onions begin to brown, add the ground beef and begin to chop the beef on the griddle top. Add salt, pepper and chopped garlic cloves. Once the meat has cooked, move to the side of the griddle or in a bowl and prepare for the riced cauliflower.
Third, cook up the riced cauliflower on the griddle top. Once the riced cauliflower is good and hot, marry up the meat and riced cauliflower. Once both are married up, add a can of crushed tomato sauce and begin to mix in the sauce on the griddle top. Once the sauce is cooked in, move the stuffing (guts) of the peppers over to the side.
Place your peppers on the griddle top and add a table spoon mozzarella cheese to the base of each pepper. Add stuffing (guts) to the peppers. Add cheese to the top of peppers and then add water to the griddle top and place the large basting dome over the peppers so the cheese can melt.
Your now ready to enjoy the Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers.

The Best Grouper Sandwich on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
04/13/2021: Today's episode on the Griddle Food Network, the Filet-O-Fish, The best Grouper Sandwich on the 36” blackstone griddle culinary series. Another great cook from blackstone griddle recipes.
- 2LBs of Florida grouper filets (1LB each).
- 2 Eggs for egg wash
- Panko Bread crumbs
- Onion Rolls
- Homemade Tartar Sauce
- Swiss Cheese
- LTO (Lettuce, Tomato & Onion)
- Prepackaged Asian Chopped Coleslaw Kit
- Pickle Spear
- Lemon
Decide how you want to portion out your filets for the size of sandwiches. Check for any bones in the meat. Egg wash your fillets on both sides. I use panko bread crumbs. After dusting the both sides with bread crumbs, let sit for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Your grouper is now ready for the blackstone griddle. This will be a fast cook. 5 minutes on both side, squeeze some fresh lemon on both sides and add your cheese and tartar sauce.
I recommend toasting your choice of rolls/buns.
Tartar Sauce Recipe:
- 1 Cucumber (peeled & chopped)
- 3 Cups of Mayonnaise
- 6 Baby Dill Pickles (chopped)
- Fresh Dill (Chopped)
- Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon of Cappers (Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
- Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl
Your ready to go. Mix it in a bowl and you have homemade tartar sauce for your grouper sandwich.

Keto Style Kung Pao Chicken on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
04/08/2021: Keto Chinese food recipe for Keto Style Kung Pao Chicken on the blackstone griddle. A great new low carb blackstone griddle recipe. A simple quick and delicious cook. A healthy meal with incredible flavor.
SAUCE MARINADE
• ¼ Cup of Lite Soy Sauce
• 1 Tablespoon of Worchester
• 1 ½ Tablespoons of Dry Red Wine
• 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
• 1 Teaspoon of Chili Paste
• 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
• 1 Tablespoon of crushed red peppers
STIR FRY
• 1 Pound of Chicken Breast sliced & chunked up
• Marinate the chicken for 2 hours ahead of the cook.
• 2 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil, divided into 1 & 1 tablespoons
• 1 Red Bell Pepper & 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped into thin slices
• 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
• 3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
• I am substituting white rice with riced cauliflower.
Start with the bell peppers and soften them on the griddle. For this cook, I cut up the 2 bell peppers ahead of time placed them in a container and added 2 tablespoons of avocado oil and a pinch of black pepper and shake up. If you want to add the avocado oil on the peppers when they go on the griddle you can add the first tablespoon of avocado oil to start softening add the second tablespoon when the peppers are almost softened. Add the chopped garlic on to the peppers and let cook for about 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from the griddle into a bowl / container.
Cook up the marinated chicken. Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way. After the chicken is complete, add dry roasted peanuts to the griddle to capture all the flavors from griddle top. Consider adding just a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil over the peanuts. Cook for about 5 minutes and remove peanuts from the griddle top.
Add the riced cauliflower to the griddle top and keep flipping it through. Have the blackstone griddle top at high heat. Within 5 minutes the riced cauliflower will be done. If your using frozen riced cauliflower you will want to make sure it has already thawed before using on the blackstone.
Time to enjoy a great and easy Keto Kung Pao Chicken dish!

Ribeye Tomahawk Steak on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network

Nick goes straight carnivore with 2 1/2'' Thick Tomahawk Ribeye Steak on the Blackstone Griddle!
This was a great cook. In the past, I have not been as successful with the tomahawk ribeye steak on a regular grill. After doing some research on timing based on the thickness of the ribeye steak, I decided to go with 7 minutes on both sides check the temperature and adjust as needed if more time was needed. After 7 minutes on both sides I gave the tomahawk an additional 3 minutes on each side. I reached a temperature of 145 degrees and had a nice juicy medium rare tomahawk ribeye steak.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tomahawk Ribeye Steak
- Salt & Pepper
- Thyme Leaves
Italian Butter Ingredients:
- 4 sticks of unsalted sweet butter (let soften)
- Fresh Italian Parsley (chopped - add to the butter)
- 10 Garlic Cloves (chopped - add to the butter)
Using a spatula, whip the soft butter with the parsley and garlic. I used a kitchen aid to whip the softened butter with parsley and garlic.
After the first flip, two minutes into the second side, add butter on all three sides of the tomahawk and on top of it. Lay the thyme leaves on the same three sides and on top. If additional time is needed for another flip feel free to add mover butter during the cook.

It's not a Hot Pocket it's a Fart Pocket! 13 Years ago my good friend Mike introduced me to the famous Fart Pockets. Now having a Blackstone griddle, I had to do a Fart Pocket episode.
These Fart Pockets are great hot off the griddle or even a day later out of the fridge, cold.

- (1) Pillsbury Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls
- (1) Block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

- Rolled Out Pizza Dough (15oz)
(Remember to poke holes in the dough to avoid rising.)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For the pizza peel I used corn meal to avoid the dough sticking.

03/09/2021: I just recently purchased a GrillBee 16'' pizza stone and wanted to do a review of the preheating process of the stone on the blackstone griddle. After countless reviews on multiple pizza stones and all the negative reviews stating the stones had a foul chemical order and some were cracking, I decided to go through the whole preheat process with the GrillBee pizza stone. Preheat Process
- Place stone on the griddle and then turn the heat to high. To avoid the stone cracking you don't want to put the stone on after the griddle is hot.
- I recommend keeping the hood on your griddle to use as a convection oven allowing for the top of the griddle to heat up faster than waiting for the heat to come through the bottom.
- Within 30 - 45 minutes your stone should reach the 500 degree mark. I recommend using a infrared thermometer.

Cooling / Cleaning Process
- Let the stone naturally cool. Take a hot stone and splashing it with cool or lukewarm water to it will crack the stone.
- If you have excess food with stuck to the stone, I suggest a nylon brush or soft scrub pad without any soap or detergent. Wet the nylon brush with warm water. The stone is porous and you do not need a lot of water. If you use soap there is a good chance your next meal on the stone may have a soapy after taste.

DIY - Grill Gazebo (Griddle Dojo) | Griddle Food Network
03/03/2021: The Griddle Dojo! Something every griddle master should have. 2 months ago I found a great after Christmas sale on a 10x13 grill gazebo via Amazon (link below). After having some house work (second addition re-roof & gutters) done in January and February I was ready to create my griddle dojo.
I went the next step and found these awesome ip65 waterproof LED light kit that included 50' of lightning. It was the perfect amount of light to run the inside perimeter area with an extra 6' of lighting running dead center over the top.
The gazebo & waterproof LED lighting was relatively inexpensive. I have provided the link below to both the gazebo and LED lighting.

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
02/15/2021: This episode on the Griddle Food Network, its griddle cooking bacon wrapped meatloaf on the 36”blackstone griddle culinary series. This is a great cook from the blackstone griddle recipes. Griddle cooking at its finest.
First and foremost, thank you for watching. While still being a novice with griddling & creating YouTube content, this has been my favorite griddle thus far. I was able to take a great recipe that up until now has always been prepared in the oven and recreated it on the Blackstone griddle.
The bacon wrapped meatloaf came out absolutely amazing. It had great flavor all the way around. The flavor was not dominated by any one ingredient.
I hope you get a chance to create your own bacon wrapped meatloaf on the griddle and enjoy it as much as I did.
Pan Size:
- 1 9''L x 5''W Loaf Pan
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Bacon (10.5 Oz)
- 3 LBs of Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 of Sweet Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 6 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup of Ketchup
Griddle temp was set to low and my cook time was 12 minutes on each side of the loaf. It took an additional 3 1/2 - 4 minutes extra on one side to get the temps to reach 160 degrees which is your target temperature point for this cook.
I recommend letting the meat loaf sit for about 10 minutes when taking it off the griddle.

How to Smoke Pork Tenderloin on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
01/24/2021: On this episode of the Griddle Food Network we are going over how to smoke pork tenderloin on the 36'' blackstone griddle culinary series. Griddle cooking at it's finest on the Griddle Food Network.
Today I prepared a BBQ pork tenderloin on the Blackstone griddle. Instead of just cooking the tenderloin right on the griddle, I created a smoker box using 2 steam table pans creating a convection oven.
Smoker Box:
2 Steam Table Pans (20.75''L x 12.81''W x 3.18'' Depth)
Box cutters (used to cut out the bottom of one of the pans)
Foil (used to cover your bottom piece the wood chips will sit on)
2 adjustable baking racks
Digital Thermometer used to check air temperature inside your smoker box)
Wood Chips (I used hickory wood chips)
Credit the smoker box idea to "Next with Dave"
Wood chips: Soak in water for 30 minutes and then let the chips dry out before using
Ingredients
1 Pork Tenderloin
Cook thoroughly in the smoker box until the meat reaches 145 degrees.
After the meat reaches 145 degrees, baste the tenderloin with BBQ sauce and let caramelize.
At the completion of the caramelization, pull the tenderloin from the griddle and let sit for about 8 minutes and then enjoy!

Mahi Fish Tacos on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network

Bang Bang Shrimp on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
01/16/2021: On this episode of the Griddle Food Network we cook bang bang shrimp on the blackstone griddle using copycat recipes from the Bonefish Grill.
Prepared the Bonefish Grill appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp on the 36'' Blackstone Griddle.
Bang Bang Sauce Recipe:
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup of Sweat Thai Chili
1/4 Teaspoon of Siracha
1LB of Shrimp (deveined & shelled)
Soak in Buttermilk for minimum of 15 Minutes. After soaking, strain the shrimp and toss them in a corn starch. Throw the shrimp on the griddle. Make sure the griddle temp is around 400 degrees.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network
On this episode of the Griddle Food Network, Chef Round Eye shows you how to make seared ahi tuna steaks on the 36'' blackstone griddle.
Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 ahi tuna steaks also called yellowfin tuna
2 tablespoon olive oil
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
sesame seeds to taste
thinly sliced green onion to taste
Make dipping sauce. In a medium bowl whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until honey dissolves. Whisk in sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until emulsified. Leave at room temperature or refrigerate if desired.
Asian Cucumber Salad
4 cups of very thinly sliced seedless cucumbers
1/4 cup of finely sliced red onion
1/4 cup of fined diced red pepper
1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Add VERY thinly sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, diced red pepper, and sesame seeds to a medium size bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix together rice wine vinegar, honey, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and sea salt .
Add dressing to the cucumber bowl. Toss to mix everything.
Serve immediately or cover and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or two to let all the flavors meld.

Tasty Teriyaki Chicken Pineapple Bowls on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network Recipes
On this episode of the Griddle Food Network we prepare tasty teriyaki chicken pineapple bowls on the Blackstone Griddle. Another great Griddle Food Network recipe.
- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Bags of Rice (pre-cook rice to remove starch)
- 2 Chicken Breasts chopped
- Fresh Broccoli
- Fresh Carrots
- 2 Cups of Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade
Veggies & Rice
-Steam the vegetables prior to placing on the griddle. Place on a tray and let cool to room temperature. When it comes to the rice, I choose to boil the rice ahead of time to remove the starch and then place on a tray and let cool to room temperature. If your prepping the day before, place in the fridge after rice and veggies have cooled down.
Marinade Chicken
Place chopped chicken into a ziplock bag and add 2 cups of Lawry's teriyaki marinade in the bag over the chicken. Let the chicken sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
