Add mango custard powder and milk in a small bowl and mix well to make a smooth paste. Set it aside. 2. Add milk in a pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. 3. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. 4. Gradually add the custard paste, while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. 5. Cook on medium heat until the custard thickens. 6. Once the custard has thickened, remove the pan from the heat. 7. Strain the custard through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean bowl to remove any lumps. 8. Cover the surface of the custard with plastic wrap. 9. Let it cool down completely. 10. Once cooled, whisk the custard until smooth and set it aside. 11. Add whipping cream and vanilla essence in a bowl and whip the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. 12. Add the custard to the whipped cream and beat until well combined. 13. Add 2 drops of yellow food color and mix well. 14. Pour the ice cream mixture into a container. 15. Cover and freeze for at least 7-8 hours or overnight. 16. Once set, scoop the custard ice cream. 17. Garnish with tutti frutti. 18. This traditional Pakistani dessert is made with just a few simple ingredients like desiccated coconut, condensed milk and cardamom powder. It's the perfect sweet treat for any occasion and can be made in just a few easy steps. Ingredients for Coconut Ladoos: • 1 teaspoon ghee • 2 cups desiccated coconut • 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup condensed milk • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling) Instructions: 1. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add 1 teaspoon of ghee to it. 2. Once the ghee melts, add 2 cups of desiccated coconut to the pan. 3. Roast the desiccated coconut in the ghee for about 2-3 minutes. 4. After the coconut is lightly toasted, sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix it evenly with the coconut. 5. Now, add 1/2 + 1/8 cup of condensed milk to the pan and mix well with the coconut. 6. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. 7. Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency and starts to come together, remove the pan from the heat. 8. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down for a few minutes. 9. Grease your palms with ghee, take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into smooth, round ball (ladoo). 10. Roll the prepared ladoo in some desiccated coconut. 11. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture to make more ladoos. 12. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, paprika powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. 5. Add plain yogurt to the wok. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. 7. Remove the lid and add the boiled chana daal to the wok. Cook for 2 minutes. 8. Add 1 cup of water and mix well. 9. Bring it to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. 10. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and add garam masala powder, kasuri methi and lemon juice. Mix well. 11. Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves. 12. Ingredients for Kulfi: 2 liters milk 2 cardamoms 1/4 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup milk powder 1/2 + 1/8 cup whipping cream 2 tablespoons chopped almonds 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios A pinch of saffron strands Instructions: 1. Add milk, cardamoms, condensed milk, milk powder, whipping cream, saffron strands, chopped almonds and pistachios into a heavy-bottomed pan. Mix well and bring the milk to a boil over medium heat. 2. Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the milk reduces to about half of its original volume. This process can take around 1-1.5 hours. 3. Once the milk has reduced to half of its original volume, turn off the heat. 4. Transfer the kulfi mixture into a jug and let it cool down completely. 5. Once cooled, pour the mixture into kulfi moulds. 6. Cover each mould with its lid. 7. Place the moulds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 7-8 hours or overnight until completely set. 8. Once set, remove the moulds from the freezer. 9. Dip the bottom of the mould in water for a few seconds, then rub it between palms of your hands and demould it on to a serving plate. 10. Bread pakora Recipe: Ingredients: For the potato filling: 2 cups mashed potatoes 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon salt For the bread pakoras: 14 Bread slices 2 cups gram flour (besan) 1/8 cup corn flour 3/4 teaspoon red chili powder 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon salt Water as needed Oil for deep frying Instructions: 1. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, add gram flour (besan), corn flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Gradually add water while stirring continuously to make a smooth and slightly thick batter. 2. Prepare the Potato filling: Add the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, coriander leaves, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. 3. Assemble the Bread Pakoras: Take a bread slice and spread 2 tablespoons of the prepared potato filling evenly on it. Cover it with another slice of bread and press gently to seal the edges. Cut the filled bread into two triangles. 4. Fry the Bread pakoras: Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Dip each bread triangle into the prepared batter, ensuring it's coated evenly on all sides. Carefully slide the coated bread pakoras into the hot oil. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Once fried, remove the bread pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney or tamarind chutney.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, add chicken stock, soy sauce, szechuan sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, salt and corn flour. Mix well and set the sauce aside. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken strips in batches and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove the fried chicken strips from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Set aside. 4. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium heat. Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chili and sauté for 30-40 seconds. 5. Add sliced onions, julienned red and green bell pepper to the wok. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until they are slightly softened but still crisp. 6. Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and cook until the sauce thickens. 7. Once the sauce thickens, add the fried chicken strips to the sauce. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 8. Ingredients for Sago Drink: 1/2 cup sago pearls 5 cups water 3 and 1/2 cups milk 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste) 1/4 cup rose syrup 1 cup strawberry ice cream (optional) 1 packet strawberry jelly 1 packet banana jelly 1 tbsp basil seeds (sabja seeds) Instructions: 1. Prepare the Strawberry and Banana Jelly: Follow the instructions on the packets of strawberry and banana jelly to prepare them. Allow them to set according to the package instructions. Once set, cut them into small cubes. 2. Prepare the Sago Pearls: Boil 5 cups of water in a saucepan. Add sago pearls to the boiling water and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until sago pearls are fully cooked and translucent. Once sago pearls are cooked, remove from heat and drain the cooked sago pearls using a fine mesh sieve. Rinse the cooked sago pearls with cold water to stop the cooking process and to remove excess starch. Set aside. 3. Soak the Basil Seeds: Add basil seeds (sabja seeds) in 1 cup of water and let it soak for 6-7 minutes. Set aside. 4. Prepare the Milk Mixture: Add milk, powdered sugar, rose syrup and strawberry ice cream in a jug. Mix well and add the cooked sago pearls, soaked basil seeds to the milk mixture and mix until well combined. 5. Assemble the Drink: Take 6 serving glasses. Add 1/2 tablespoon of soaked basil seeds into each glass. Next, add jelly cubes. Pour the prepared sago milk mixture in each glass.
