Kimberly Woolman who was accused of two counts of assault and one count of causing a disturbance has had her charges acquitted and the sentencing quashed! Kimberly spent two years fighting these bogus charges in court doing self-representation (with the exception of one court appearance). She was falsely accused in 2021 of coughing on a Save-on-Foods employee and causing a disturbance in the store and subsequently found guilty. Even though inconsistent statements, testimonies and video evidence proved otherwise. Kimberly did not give up, and she filed an appeal shortly after the ruling outlining various errors in law and facts. To Kimberly’s relief, today she received the final notice she had been acquitted of all charges and the sentencing has been quashed.

Property Owner is Fighting Back! Property rights in Canada fall under the jurisdiction of the province and as we are learning, property rights are severely lacking in our country. We have recently been introduced to Tommy, who lives in Saint John New Brunswick. A Saint John resident is facing losing his home through expropriation as the town has determined that the land his home is built on is required for a new school project. However, the records show it's not for a school, but it's required for a future residential project. It's only the second week of 2024 and it's already shaping up to be a stellar year with many court proceedings wrapping up. Kimberly had her appeal heard yesterday, and she rocked it! The proceedings didn't quit go as planned, however, she had a wonderful judge, and we are anticipating the evidence and the legal arguments will net in her favour. Byron Carr's trial for criminal charges from the convoy wrapped up in Ottawa today. Unfortunately, the judge would not allow the public on the Zoom. However, we got an update that Byron held his ground in the courtroom like a champ! Both verdicts are to come at a later date. Byron is set for Feb 14th and Kimberly's will arrive in the mail. Both judges have a lot of work ahead of them! Lila amended her constitutional question, and this time the attack is PHAC and the Quarantine Act. Questioning the constitutionality of these Acts as they are not Canadian law, they are Acts used to implement foreign policies. However, there are still key criminal trials happening that haven't received the same level of attention, and the outcome of these trials is equally important to Canadians. - Cullen McDonald was charged in 2021 for common nuisance x2 for speaking at two protests. His rulings are Jan 3rd and 6th in Niagara Falls. - Byron Carr's last day of trial is Jan 12th at the Ottawa Courthouse. Byron’s expert witness testified that the Crown’s evidence is problematic, and the judge agreed. - Norm Blanchfield's trial continues March 18th in Ottawa. OPS Superintendent Robert Bernier will be called to the witness stand for questioning in his role in the Convoy shutdown. The question that needs to be asked, does the LSO have a monopoly on the law? Is the LSO the the "owners" of law and only they can decide who can use it, and how? A few things come to mind when examining these questions... 1. If one cannot discuss legal concepts and law procedures is this an infringement on free speech? 2. If the LSO monopolizes the law, does this impede on access to the law for those who cannot afford council? 3. If Canadians have a right to self-representation, yet cannot access law then would this mean the LSO is infringing on this right to self-represent in court? 4. Two ROA charges were dropped due to the length of the trial duration and the court upholding R v Jordan and R v Ghraizi, time to be reasonably tried of 18 months. Richard, who was doing self-representation, had his criminal charges dropped stemming from the Windsor protest. Rich is going to stop in tonight to share his good news! Then we'll kick over to Toronto where newly elected mayor Olivia Chow is living up to her globalist role and is wasting an estimated $12 MILLION dollars to rename Dundas Square. She has complained the city is broke, but found money for this project. The reason? Because Henry Dundas is a suspected racist... but was he really? If you are battling COVID related charges in the courts doing self-representation these monthly Zooms are a great starting point. In this Zoom we focused on addressing the lack of inherent jurisdiction in the provincial courts; the provincial courts were created to implement the United Nations International Court of Justice through statute such as the Ontario Court of Justice. The provincial courts are statutory creatures in that they were born from statute, the legislation created the court and the actors of that court. The jurisdiction of these courts comes from statute only. This means that it is not possible to argue your rights in the provincial court as it does not have the jurisdiction to adjudicate on rights issues, it’s out of their scope. To tackle this issue, we have crafted a motion for particulars, and what this means is that this is an application to the court compelling the Crown to provide information (particulars). This motion has become a work in progress as we are digging deeper into the issues with PHAC and the orders under the Quarantine Act. Who is Natasha Petite? Natasha was one of the many witnesses to testify at the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) that took place earlier this year. Natasha testified to tell her story of abuse, negligence and violence at the hands of Sydney River, Nova Scotia Walmart staff and members of the Cape Breton Regional Police. She was thrown to the ground and pinned down by multiple police and placed in an illegal choke-hold. She was eventually taken to the police station and released without charges. Natasha Petite from the NCI on Tonight's Zoom! Who is Natasha Petite? Natasha was one of the many witnesses to testify at the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) that took place earlier this year. Natasha testified to tell her story of abuse, negligence and violence at the hands of Sydney River, Nova Scotia Walmart staff and members of the Cape Breton Regional Police. She was thrown to the ground and pinned down by multiple police and placed in an illegal choke-hold. She was eventually taken to the police station and released without charges. Wow! This was an information dump of epic proportions! We were blessed to have Alex of CanuckLaw.ca join us to present the team’s research of the WHO/IHR infiltration into Canadian Law. Power to the People! We are hosting a special Live @ 5 (EST) today to share some GREAT news regarding the New Brunswick couple who were tried and convicted over a mask issue. When we heard of the story, we kicked into gear and started a "public interest" letter campaign. And the community came together to take action. The judge cruelly sentenced Janice to jail for 45 days. Allain served 5 days in jail and was sentenced to house arrest for the remainder of his time. That meant that he could not see Janice, and every phone call he made to the jail cost them money that they don’t have. What purpose did this serve other than to further punish this couple? We are thrilled to announce Allain and Janice are both at home, serving out the remainder of a 45-day sentence together. In more good news, a motion to appeal has been filed that includes habeas corpus! We are not sure what will be become of this, but we will test the courts and see what happens. This was a very interesting Friday Zoom! Given all the events that took place in the Friday Night Zoom, LOTS OF SURPRISES! We are going to reschedule a more in-depth presentation on jury v judge at a later date. The original plan for the Zoom was to discuss the pros/cons between judge and jury as theory. This was in response to Pat King's recent decision to drop the jury and go back to a judge. While we had some information regarding his case, we were limited in our knowledge of why the sudden change in direction. To our surprise, Pat joined us to give his side of the story. Unfortunately, due to the publication ban we did not record that part of the Zoom at Pat's request. One of the main purposes of the decision to move back to a judge was the incredible amount of evidence that was brought forward by the Crown, and the ongoing trial with Chris Barber and Tamar Lich. The position that Pat and his lawyer are taking is to see what comes of these trials. One of the cons of a jury trial, one cannot stop/ or pause the proceeding. Once it starts it continues until it is completed. With a judge you can adjourn the trial and schedule another time to continue. After learning this information, it sheds light on the situation. We were then surprised by a few other guests who joined us. Michael Jackson (yes, a real man) who was charged with kidnapping for refusing to vaccinate his daughter and Dale Richardson of the Karis Project joined us.
